Just moved to El Monte from downtown Los Angeles and found this local gem right around the corner from my new digs. If you are looking for ambiance, you came to the wrong place (although it is rather charming in it own way). The service is fast and friendly, and the quality of the food is way more than you expected from a tiny Chinese restaurant located in a strip mall. Good Eats!

I had an excellent experience at dinner time. I was a little skeptical when I arrived since its not a traditional restaurant setting but after meeting Liam, the server and host who helped me pick some amazing dinner, I knew I found the right place. I had the fried chicken sandwich and elote- simply outstanding food.

We stopped here for dinner after a day at the Santa Anita races. This establishment is everything you would expect of a finer-dining spot. The food is top rate and the service very good. Adding to this, they offer valet parking. Try it, youll like it! You might even spot a horse racing celebrity in the process.

My daughter and I definitely have found a special place for eating located inside the El Monte airport. The food is good, the portions are a good size and the service is fast and friendly. And the cherry on top is that we get to enjoy the visual of the mountains as well as the departing and returning planes.

“FAST SERVICE, BEST FOOD” Prices were reasonable for what we received. Large portions of Food. Handmade tortillas. Street parking is available but we parked in the large parking lot behind the restaurant. Although we live about 90 minutes from this restaurant, we are already planning our return visit.

Love the souffle - all of them. Havent had a less than mediocre dish here. And the atmosphere is just so welcoming. The wait staff is top notch. Ive been here a couple of dozen times at least and cant think of one time I left unsatisfied. Its location keeps it something of a hidden secret.

Went here with the boss man two weeks ago. Really nice little place. 5 stars for the service, bread before the meal, portion size, authenticity, and overall environment. Well definitely be back. Also they have some excellent lunch specials so I highly recommend you check it out.

The wait on a Sunday morning at around 10:45 was between 45min. to 1hr. The wait may have been extended because we wanted an outside table so we could watch the airplanes. Service was good.
