I usually come here quite a bit… Last visit was a few weeks ago. Was a lil upset the blooming onion was over cooked to the point of some areas black on the last visit a couple weeks ago. . It’s usually good here so didn’t make a big deal about it. So I went here tonight (8/24/17) around 7 pm. We got seated right away. It wasn’t too crowded. Table 21 alexcia H 0187 Took about 20 minutes from time I was seated to the first interaction with server. No water, no bread, no nothing during those first 20 minutes. She finally came by and took our full order at once. Drinks, waters, salad, Appetizers. steak & lobsters entrees. Took about 30 minutes for the salads to arrive. 30 seconds later everything else arrived. Onions, alky, waters, entrees, bread… so everything was cold before we even had a chance to eat it… Onion appetizer overcooked again… Some of the cucumber in our side salad was obviously SUPER OLD. The sweet potato had no flavor, same with the steak. We had asked how many drinks we’d get with a pitcher of margaritas. She said 4. We filled up two glasses once and they weren’t full all the way; so a far from form the 4. The drinks were awful. After the server took our order we never had another interaction with her the whole night. Someone else brought all our food to our table. She never even came by to ask us how our food was, bring us a box, or give us our check. After waiting FOREVER, I ended up asking the hostess for a box and our check. Got it, paid with my card on the table top machine and left… Not sure what was up with this lady… But she has no business waiting tables… I won’t be back for a while… Ideally I’d love a full refund… Worst experience ever…

Food is not what it used to be, this based on several of my recent experiences here, not just a one time bad dinner. However, my most recent experience was the icing on the cake. It seemed as if the entire staff could not have been older than 22-23, and were more worried about playing grab ass with each other all night rather than actually helping customers. We (a party of 2) arrived at 9pm, the restaurant does not close until 11pm. Gradually, I could tell as more and more of the wait/hostess staff ended their shift, the bar slowly became their own personal hang out. Seemingly causing even further distraction to those still on duty, and adding to the already absence of customer service. I had originally wanted to order a beer with my dinner, but I never received any kind of list of beers not on tap even after having asked my server twice. When the ranch came out with our appetizer there were chunks of wilted lettuce it in like it had been scraped off of someone elses discarded salad. I had to practically hunt the server down for a refill of my ice tea (I gave up trying to order a beer). And when the main course finally came out the add ons we ordered had been forgotten (mushrooms and garlic butter). Needless to say, Ill be waiting for a full staff turnover before returning any time soon. Save yourself the bad experience and go to Cattlemens just a few exits down the freeway. :-)

Average to slighlty above average. I have been coming to this Outback for a number of years and the quality of the food and the service pretty consistently hovers between three and four stars. At best I find that I have server that is polite but distracted and in a hurry. Since we like to sit at the bar in most restaurants we tend to overhear the staff conversing with each other about their tables or lives. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by how happy the wait staff is. It seems the staff at this establishment is pretty miserable most days. It is entirely possible I have just had bad luck... often at this Outback but it seems like there should be higher standards to keep the quality of the products and services more consistent. As for the food I tend to order the same items from Outback so its not like I am trying a new dish and discovering I dont like it. It seems random that the exact same dish has at times been quite tasty and well prepared and other times been dry and flavorless. Overall... I would say its a great big MEH. I dont regret going there but nothing there impressed me either.

Went here on a Thursday night - was a lot more crowded than I was expecting. Its near a hotel, which probably explains that. I had a few drinks and the salmon. Salmon was quite good, and the portions were satisfying. They forgot to bring out my side until I was mostly done l eating, however. The first drink I had was of fairly poor quality, with very little alcohol. Also, they forgot the mint in the drink (not even sure how that happens). The second drink, however, was excellent! Can only imagine they changed bartenders, and I finally got someone who actually knows what theyre doing. The food I ate, was actually quite good, especially the mashed potatoes. Ok place for some food, overall.

This is your basic Outback. If youve been to any, youve been to this one. This place gets busy, on Sunday evenings at least, so be prepared to wait during peak times. The tables have a tablet where you can order some items, like appetizers and desserts, but it seems like you still have to order entrees from your server. Thats a weird mix. Why not just do them all one way or the other? Wait staff was on point, despite having a changeover in staff part way through dinner. We ordered broccoli sides and the quality was surprisingly good, fresh and green. Rest of foods quality was what youd get at any comparable place, Chilis etc.

Meh. Outback Steakhouse follows the old adage of "you get what you pay for".. I put this chain in the lower-midrange steakhouse category -- right up there with Black Angus and Texas Roadhouse.. you get a steak of marginally good quality, it may or may not be cooked properly, depending on a number of factors, like what night you come in and who is cooking. Food and service is typically hit or miss. I will say that I enjoy the Bloomin Onion appetizer, although I find it particularly salty and you tend to feel disgusting after you eat it. All-in-all a decent meal for the price... dont go in with super high expectations.

Went in this evening with a party of 6 and one child. After making us wait, setting the table and then deciding they wanted to shove us in the booth, we ended up at the table that was originally set, cleared and re-set. It was extremely hot and we had to ask for water and refills of drinks. The margarita we ordered had to be sent back because it had nothing but ice, salt and tequila. Our chicken wings came with no blue cheese. Our rib eyes ordered medium were all rare. Again we had to beg for drinks and bread. Service stunk, food stunk and we went for a 67th anniversary. One crappy experience.

Outback has been our go to place for 6+ years because they are gluten free friendly and family friendly. The last 2 times we have gone to this location we have wait over an hour for our food to come out. Our server never came back to us during our wait to refill our drinks. The food isnt anything special especially for the price. And now they dont offer the coloring page for the kids anymore but they have games on the tablet that you have to pay for... I dont take my kids out to eat for them to be entertained by screens. Time to find a new go-to place.
