If you want dessert after having dinner at The crossings, go anywhere but here. At 8:30pm they had four people working and there were only two people ahead of us when we got there, but we still waited around ten minutes to be served. Most of the employees were socializing instead of even serving any customers. One of the employees was standing off to the side talking to two customers, not even being the counter. By the time we were finally served there was a huge line behind us. Their service isnt better at other times, either. They could really use another cash register. The service for ice cream is already bad, but for some reason they still try to double as a rocky mountain chocolate factory. The chocolate isnt too great; you can get better in Danville. And the chocolate counter is off to the side with no dedicated attendant. If you want chocolate, you typically end up waiting 10-15 minutes regardless of how busy the ice cream counter is. They basically ignore anyone at the chocolate counter. Again, if you want dessert, this place isnt worth all the struggle. Id suggest finding somewhere else if you want ice cream.

Ive been to this Cold Stone location a few times on the way to and from those summer afternoon movies we all love to go take in. The counter staff have always been helpful and polite and personable. The Cold Stone ice cream that weve all come to know and love is shining in its ever-present milk-fatty glory here the same as it is at all franchise locations. The fifth star would be tacked on if there was maybe a little more thought into the layout of the customer portal. On any given day, the inside seating could have you rubbing elbows with people in line, or stuffed into the dark corner behind a bush. Just kind of a wonky flow as you come in, have your customer experience, and then dribble out from the cash register. Guess you could always just plan on sitting outside, where there is plenty of room everywhere.

Typical Cold Stone chain store. Gets insanely crowded on weekends and even more so during the summer months of course. Anyone taking their kids to the movies is almost certainly stopping in here. Still... as crowded as it gets they do have some tasty ice cream treats. Would be nice if the inside of the store had more room but obviously nothing they can do about that and there is plenty of room outside in the courtyard.

I went to buy ice cream in April 2011. Found staff very friendly and gave my daughter free ice cream with my purchase. Almost year earlier I did not have good experience with very young in-experience staff but things seems to have changed for better. I liked Banana ice cream the most.

Friendly service, good ice cream, and a nice setting. Its a pretty small store though so it gets crowded fast. There is plenty of outdoor seating top make up for the cramped store space.
