I ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday and the cake that was ordered was not like the cake pictured. The owner of the store told me that there was nothing he could do to rectify the cake. I explained that it was not what I had ordered and made a suggestion which he flatly said "NO" he would not do that! I told him that he was lacking customer service and he told me that I since I was not happy he would give me my $ back. I needed a cake and said that I would keep it but he denied it to me!!! He left me without a cake for my sons birthday!!! I will never give that store another dime of my money!!!! I ended up making my own ice-cream cake that everyone raved about!!!

Very very bad customer service ever I have seen..!! All are aggressive aragant. And expensive when compare to other bask in robins stores. I was very disappointed with the way they served. I came to realize, this one of the reasons for customers to choose cold stone rather than baskin robins. I just want to give my review so that someone from senior management will take an action and other customers may not face the same bad service.

They treat their employees Like Crap!!And the owner and manager do not care about their customers whatsoever. Occasionally get good customer service.

Not a bad place to go. I sometime grab a cone from here when I go grocery shopping at Ranch 99 during the summer. Ice cream is pretty good.

Ice cream good. Music was very loud. Server had trouble understanding English. Many friends visiting behind service area. VERY DIRTY!
