Worst place ever! Do not come back. Service is terrible from waitress all the way up to management. I had heard all the negative reviews in regards to this place and decided to check it out and give it a try. They messed up every time. Make you wait for drinks 30 mins in between. When you let your waitress know about her mistake she gives you attitude and hands off the table to another waitress. Then that waitress messes up as well. They mess up the bill!!! When you bring up your concern to management he does absolutely nothing. Does not even apologize. His wordsmistakes happen now I need you to pay the bill so I can close out the table. ?! What kind of manger is that! You run a restaurant! Go take management classes and learn a skill in regards to customer service! My 9 year old has better customer service than these people do!

I went out on a date with wifey. Heard great things about this place. At first we arrive and there was wait, Thats normal its a friday night. Anywhere you have too wait. 15 min wait was ok. We were taking to our seats, ordered our drinks and were served pretty fast. Heres the down side we order our food, 20 minutes past, then 30 minutes. Then the waitress past by confirming if we had order. Yes i did but Wait i order 30 minutes ago (i thought in my head). I then another 10 min making it 40 min, 50 minutes then an hour and four 4 mintues later. They bring me 1 order of california roll that i order. WTF a california roll does not take an hour to make. People around us getting thier food serve but i had too wait an hour and 4 min for a california roll. #SMH

Man....this place although small and snug in center of Downey they make up in size with their signature "Miches" (Micheladas). There are a variety of Micheladas from "Mangoneadas Micheladas to the Sandia (Watermelon) Michelada. The food is right on point or how some would say "FIRE"!! I recommend the Carne Asada Fries which are delicious and by far the best Ive tried...EVER!! The food selection is best so try the Ceviche or Shrimp fajitas but they have everything to satisfy your palate. Parking is not an issue as there is plenty of parking in the back. There is not enough time in the day to try each of the "Miches" which warrants a return visit again and again....and again!!! The staff is top notch and very friendly as well as welcoming.

Horrible experience, even worse customer service. after the "bouncer" tried to handle our table by getting us the correct drinks we ordered. They managed to mess that up too only bring 2 of the 3 drinks and then proceed to tell us he heard 2 and theres nothing he can do. We get our 2 drinks and then the waiter proceeded to tell us we had 2 minutes to drink our drinks before proceeding to snatch them off our table without us even being halfway done with them. The drinks were prepared half ass anyways. Will most definitely NOT be coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Period.

My first time here at 20/20 draft house and love it, the drinks are great! My waitres was Raquel and she provided a fantastic service, she was very polite and friendly, and always checking if we need anything, I definitely will recommend it! The prices are fair, the music is mix so no one complain..ahahha..the service is really good, I totally recommend it, and if you go there u have to try the watermelon drink with 2 modelos!! Thank you Raquel and the people there they made our visit really pleasant, I will definitely going back again pretty soon!

First off you go in and theres no one to tell you the protocol of waiting in line so they tell me I need to stand by the wall and while Im waiting they say we also cant sit down until the two other people of my group show up so instead they sit down these huge group of people instead of us. The food isnt anything to brag about. Drinks areokay but for those types of drinks just go to Baja California which is down the block with bigger space ,less wait time and better food and better costumer service.

The service is not great. Despite having so many servers it took close to an hour for our food to come out. The drinks took around 15-20 min to come out. The only thing that was served fast was my check. The drinks tasted watered down to me with not really a lot of flavor. We ordered 1 shrimp cocktail and 1 ceviche tostada to split between us. Dont know why that took long to serve. At least the food was good. The shrimp cocktail had plenty of shrimp in it.

Come on its 12:30 p.m. daytime on a Sunday after church and youre playing the most vile disgusting Hip Hop F this F that kill cops women are hoes. There are children ranging from 5 to 15 years old around the establishment and you dont care you have no shame. You disgust me you will never have any of my business and you will always be a second-rate bar with no class. Im going to City Hall to complain about your establishment.

takes forever to be served you need more people working or at least tell them to pay more attention on whos order is next. Three tables got their order first and they had larger amounts of food and drinks. Once I let them know they said that they got our order 15 min ago ( when we ordered more than 30 min ago). But the lady didnt put the order through until I reminded her a couple times.

The Best Micheladas in Town hands down! I started with "La reina" which had shrimp, mango and cucumbers and it was so good! , then i went with the "Japones" that came with Japanese style peanuts which was not as good, my friend and I had some chicken fajitas and it came with rice, beans and tortillas and it was OK for 2 with 2 micheladas each. I cant wait to come back to this place!

It was my first time going here and overall the service was great and friendly. The micheladas were tasty but it was quite overwhelming ordering due to the amount of choices. The carne asada nachos were good but I would still only return for the drinks. I feel like this location is going through an identity crisis because of the name and the kind of food they serve.

Come before 6:30pm unless you want to stand for half an hour. This place is that great. The micheladas are the specialty try the mango! I love the oysters with tapatio. Ive been here with a large group on guys night out, as a couple with my girl, even on a double date and I enjoyed myself every time! Great place, I can see why theyre a success.

Show your ID on your birthday and you get a free Michelada! However, its a pain trying to have your music played on the Jukebox. It all depends on how much the customers pay and from there, it determines whose music gets to be played. Other than that, awesome beer towers for $28 and great food, especially the carne asada quesadilla :)
