If youve never worked at THIS Starbucks, you have no idea how incredibly busy it is at this location. These kids work their asses off for minimum wage. In addition, the tips they receive at this location are pennies compared to other less busy Starbucks locations. Its not the greatest thing to have to serve people who act like A-holes just because theyre paying 6 dollars for a cup of coffee and its not their job to make sure you pick up your own drink or food from the designated spot or make sure you make it back to work on time. They are exhausted because they work long hard hours. Its more than just pouring you a cup of coffee or making some whining grown man the perfect latte... many of these kids are simultaneously attending school, work 30 plus hour weekdays and are there late or getting there early to ensure they can try to deliver your necessary drug in the AM. Bottom line is....Starbucks workers are people too. Yes its a job, but have some empathy... Another thing, besides making drinks, they prepare products to use for drinks, clean thoroughly up to county standards, count money, drive away the homeless people that customers complain about, restock, make schedules, take inventory, display products, try to boost sales etc.... all while trying to keep a pleasurable presence and attitude.... phwhew!

Starbucks located at 601 W 2nd Street in San Bernardino. Worst Customer Service EVER. They open at 0500 hours. I pulled into drive through at 0545 hours today, no one came over intercom to take order so I pulled forward. A car in front of me was at the window for a little while then drove off. I pulled up to window, I could see two employees inside prepping supplies. Female employee walks around out of view. A male employee is prepping tea, I honk my horn, as he wont look at me. He looks up and right at me and then goes right back to prepping tea. He NEVER walked over to window to see if I wanted anything. I sat there for 10 minutes, no other employees came to the window. Meanwhile two additional vehicles came through drive thru and neither had their order taken. The manager of this Starbucks should FIRE these morning employees, as they are deciding to make their own hours apparently and ignore customers. From the time I was there 4 vehicles drove through the drive thru and NOT ONE was able to place an order. Worst of all, to look at patrons and completely ignore them is totally unacceptable and rude!

CAUSE WE FINALLY DECIDED TO ACTUALLY CALL AND HAVE SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU GUYS WERE STILL RUDE WHEN YOU "FIXED" OUR DRINKS AND WHEN WE GOT OUR DRINKS HERE YALL STILL FORGOT THE WHIP CREAM, ARE YOU MOCKING US? DONT WORRY WE WONT BE BACK WE FOUND OUT THEIRS A CLOSER STARBUCKS WITH BETTER REVIEWS! HAVE A NICE DAY THANKS FOR RUINING OURS. ASIDE FROM YOUR RUDENESS I STILL TIPPED YOU, BUT THE ONLY PERSON WHO DESERVES A TIP THEIR IS YOUR MANAGER DENAE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO ACTUALLY DID HER JOB!

I usually enjoy going to starbucks, but this time I was disappointed. My little brother really really had to go to the bathroom, he couldnt even wait for me to park so he went ahead inside and asked a lady if he could use the restroom while i parked and she told him, "Sorry its for customers only" I mean I understand, but come in its a little kid jumping up and down because he had to use the restroom really bad. So he comes running outside and I couldnt believe it. I was going to make a purchase anyways. I have been to many starbucks all over the place and not once have they denied me their restroom. This starbucks has really bad customer service

Very poor customer service.... I ordered a sandwich waited 25 min then asked what happened to my sandwich they found it where you pick your coffee up and she said I called your name but I didnt hear because there was a lot of people and the music. So instead of keep calling the person name they left it on the counter. She offered to make another but I didnt want to wait anymore I just think they definitely need to change how they do things there. Hopefully management reads this post and addresses this kind of situation with there employees to make sure this doesnt happen again.

While the coffee is great and staff service is awesome during the day dont come to this location after 7pm if you want to chill and enjoy your coffee, you wont be served unless in a vehicle. They say open, the hours displayed say open but they shut down store and tell you to go through the drive thru but wont serve you unless your in a vehicle as per california law. Such crap. Since my family and I love to come to starbucks as a treat to ourselves and bond after busy days or weeks. They should display drive thru hrs to let customers know the bis.

No one greets or smiles as we came in. Put my money down on the counter while I got my app ready to reload and the guy who took my order grabbed my money before he told me my total and I could tell him what I would like to do. Waited where you get your drinks and wasnt acknowledge til they called for my name and dnt even know when I said "Im waiting for someone to wait on me" ....tables were not clean. Seldom to I come to this location and evert Im I have came Ive had a bad experience. Most of the time we only come to meet a clients.

I will never visit this Starbucks again for the simple reason their internet doesnt work at all and Im a regular customer at various locations. I returned a week later thinking their internet was a one day glitch, but no, it doesnt work at all. Im very disappointed and will never return even just to buy my favorite drink. If your a business man like I am, the best Star Bucks in San Bernardino is the one on 40th & Waterman and the University Pkwy location.

If your sign on the door says you close at 6 then at 5:30 you shouldnt be locked up. Thank goodness I was able to cancel my mobile order because instead of the employees coming to the door to maybe explain why they were closed early they all stood around and stared at me. I usually dont have a problem with this Starbucks but unfortunately this is the second time that this has happened.

Everyone here seem to not have a good day at work . no one smiles to there customers as they give them there drinks. I asked for extra caramel on my caramel frapp I got it with no caramel at all. So asked the guy that was there he gave me that gay look I guess he was but oh well thats none of my business .. when I got my drink back he just slammed it on the counter .. wtf
