After waiting for 10min. On 1/20/17 And placing my $9 order, employee informs me shes not accepting cash due to system down. I speak to Karen the manager and ask why is there no sign, her response was "they are too busy too put one" She doesnt seem to care to inconvenience the customers! I explain how this is such an inconvenience since my son is hungry. Ive now wasted 15min. Here at a fast food drive through. Im trying to pay with my $20 cash that they wont accept. I asked if shed give the meal away and her response was "no we dont give nothing away for free" I pointed out how she was going to throw it away. As if i had planned for this too happen. I would stop going however another employee made it up when she felt terrible and found some change in order to charge me. Karen needs some customer service satisfaction training.

I went this store on Tues august 30. While the food was good, the service and the conduct of two of the employees (one apparently off-duty) was terrible. As I approached the cashier a young girl cut in front of me asking for 2 cups. When said cashier began to enter the order the girl began to protest (using foul language. The cashier responded likewise but in a joking fashion. The girl was apparently an off-duty emloyee as she made her way behind the counter.To make a long story short, I was completely Ignored for 2-3 minutes while the two carried on. Next time I will find my sourdough elsewhere.

Ive been to many Jack in the boxs and this one was Horrific, the burger must have been from yesterday because it was hard and cold and tasted like tofu. Unreal how bad they screwed up? Im from the North East so I look forward to going to places we dont have regionally like Jack in the Box and In-N-out Burger. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite fast food places.

One of the worst in area ,cant enjoy my food cause employees are too loud screaming at each other. I was in line for 5 mins before someone took my order . 4 employees looked at me . I wish I can record them rte now as they are speaking a different language. If u ask me if feel like they are talking about me. They need to tone it down

The food here is like any normal Jack in the box but the service is a bit slow. On multiple locations Ive been the only customer in the restaurant and Ive still had to wait 10 minutes before someone would take my order.

I waited Sunday 25th until 6:30 AM and they never opened the restaurant so many other customers also left without being served that poorly, the working girls now arrived very late.
