Only giving two stars for past experiences. Have had workers there completely ruin my day. But last night my mom and I came and i wanted to substitute ham for sausage on the breakfast number 23 and previously having worked for Jack in the box for almost three years in bp , I asked to substitute sausage for ham and whatever woman was in charge told me I cant and even if they take the ham off they will still charge me for the sausage which is dumb because it wasnt like that when I worked there. So I didnt even order that I just ordered the #17 instead and was upset when I came to the window but this new guy there (dont remember his name but he was african American) totally made my day. Had my mom and I cracking up and was too cute and switched my day around and I continously told my mom that Im gonna write a review about him because of how happy his customer service made us! I think he should be at the drive threw at all times because he seems so genuinely nice and nor a jerk like alot of the workers there whose names arent even worth mentioning. Promote that kid hes awsome :) !!

The order taker had problems taking my order. I dont know if she cant hear or what but I ordered by the combo number and I believe she was the manager. She then handed me a number to be put on my table. Doing this you expect them to deliver your food. They start yelling out your receipt number. You are to pick up your own food. The number to be placed on the table is useless.

Visited on 8/13/17 on a Sunday afternoon. Service and food were great. Waited about 5 mins for my order. Employee was fast and friendly. Place was clean.
