We went to this place super hungry as the food seems large portions. Service was good and food was super yummy! We ordered the German pancakes, blueberry pancakes, bacon pancakes, Irish omelet, and chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was delicious.. Blueberry pancakes were really fresh and tasted great, the blueberries had a nice crunch to them, and with the side of blueberry you dont even need syrup. The chocolate chip pancakes were rich just as my son likes them, and the bacon pancakes were just to be expected. The German pancake was actually super good with the lemon and powdered sugar on it. Hubby doesnt really like lemon but he enjoyed these. They were bland by themselves without the special toppings. Hubby loved the Irish omelet too with the corned beef hash. We will definitely be back again, glad to have a new breakfast spot. Didnt give 5 stars as the drinks are not refillable, but then again we did get fresh OJ which was so good, and the kids chocolate milk. I do believe the iced tea was refillable though.

So I decided to skip church and come here for Sunday breakfast. Just kidding....I came through church a bit later. Anyways hopped on over here for breakfast after I found out where it was the night prior while cruising down Anacrime. I came through and had all the intentions in the world to order the baby dutch pancakes because I mean its a pancake house and you just have to get the pancakes right. Well, somehow I went against my original plan and order the strawberry waffles instead. Was it a good choice? Well never know but all I can say is that the waffles were absolutely delicious!! My friend made a comment that I probably should have ordered the pancakes but hey Im still young, Ill be back for em later. Service was fair and nice. The place is a typical breakfast joint which is awesome because I love the setting of breakfast type diners for some reason. It just brings me into a good state of mind. Ill definitely be returning here more often for breakfast.

Ive come here since I was a child, that being said I wasnt too pleased with the cooks. They were trying to crank out orders and because of it my apple pancake came out burnt; w/out much cinnamon sugar, and the bottom looking like a crust. Looking around at everyones food I could tell that there was that same issue since the majority of all the food came out the same (crispy exterior and undercooked interrior. Using a lower temp and longer cook time should help). Personally, I dont mind good food and that takes time. It is a chore of passion... For the first time ever, I felt no love from here. I know its very unnecessary to say, but I do hold you guys at a higher standard because I know what you guys can do when you take your time. I miss The Original Pancake House. My server was amazing and friendly. She is the reason Ill come back and give you guys another chance vs going to another O.P.H.

Loved the selection!Went twice in our four day trip to Anaheim, should tell you how muh we liked it.Good value on kids meals, they loved Te Silver Dollar pancakes.Bacon slices were huge! Crispy, meaty, yummy.Chocolate chip pancakes were nice, not too sweet. The Crepes were fantastic, and surpringly filling.Loved the apple pie creation (forgot the name). Says it can take up to 30 minutes to make. They already had some cooking so didnt take that long...but would have been worth the wait. Dough, apples, cinnamon, yummy!Service is odd because we were helped by so many. The bathrooms are old and awful. Go before or after you come here.To-go boxes are two paper plates and a rubber band- odd and not effective. Not too far from Disneyland, I would drive 10 minutes as opposed to IHOP or Dennys.

This is a great place for breakfast. Look it isnt the most gourmet experience youll ever have, and nothing on the menu is at all good for you, but it has a down home quality that really makes the hassle of the wait and the noise worthwhile, especially for kids. When we have family visiting from out of town, some niece or nephew always requests a visit here. It is fun to order the German pancake and watch the kids eyes light up when they see its massive diameter on the table. Dutch baby is also worth ordering, and the potato pancakes. My personal favorite is probably the Swedish pancakes, with lingonberries. Their non-pancake/crepe items are good too, but it isnt called the Original Pancake House for nothing. Dont come here if youre on a diet though. It just wont work.

First things first, let me talk about the staff and the service. With this place being so incredibly busy, the staff does an incredible job in providing excellent, friendly service. There is a OPH in Whittier that is just around the corner from our house but we still choose to go to the one in Anaheim because of the staff. I wish some of the staff from Anaheim could go to their Whittier location and provide a little training As for the food, it too is top notch. We really like their Continental crepes with a slice of ham. Sweet and salty. Make sure to try the German pancake which is huge or the smaller version knob as the Dutch baby. It too goes well with the ham.

We have eaten at this chain for over 10 years, all over San Diego County, Temecula, even Aliso Viejo, but this particular location on E. Lincoln was disappointing. The parking was terrible, and the food wasnt nearly as good as the other locations. Usually the coffee at OPH is outstanding, but even that was off. The portions at this locations were skimpy. We ordered the chocolate chips pancakes, and the chocolate chips were hard to find. The Menu was not as expansive as the Temecula and San Diego locations. We are going to Disneyland again, but this time we are going down to the Orange location. It a bit further away, but it cant be worse than the Lincoln location.

This is likely the best breakfast spot in all of Anaheim. Generous portions of A-Maze-Ing food served up as quickly as they can cook it. Our waitress was really helpful in navigating the menu, and had a pot of coffee in her hand, ready. It was a bit noisy and crowded, but that shows how popular this little spot is. I highly recommend the thick cut bacon! Just in case the fat bitchy lady sitting next to us reads this: Im sorry, my legs are so long, everything is short on me. Knee length for everyone else is mid thigh on me. You wouldnt understand, being so short and wide, your mid-calf dresses probably drag the ground.

Looking for a breakfast spot to stop by before Disneyland? I recommend this establishment! Only 10 minutes away from the park. I came here twice for breakfast and both times I was told a 30 minute wait, but was sat down in 9-11 minutes. The portions here are HUGE and the prices are CHEAP. The food is delicious, there were so many choices that I settled on the Coconut Waffle the first time and the Bacon Waffle the second time. The service was QUICK for a Saturday; my family of 5 was able to sit down, eat, and pay our bill in about 30 min. Highly satisfied with my visits!!

Been going here for awhile now. My girlfriend is crazy about this place. We have to go once a week or she freaks. The food is amazing and the service is awesome. They are by far the best breakfast places around. There is always a wait to be seated but the wait is worth it. As long as you plan for the wait it is no big deal. the only other problem is they are not open for dinner but hey maybe we are the only ones that like breakfast for dinner. Overall amazing food and service for a good price but just be ready for a wait.
