Other than the horrible customer service, the food was mediocre, and the establishment was too small, I wouldnt reccomend bringing a family of four or more. Kelly I believe was our host or server not too sure because she never introduced herself, Im not sure if it is customary but I kinda like the idea of knowing who Im speaking with when handling my food its one of the reasons I go to ihop. An attitude reflects everything but our desire to stay was long out the door... Kelly even greeted the ones who sat behind us! Sad. I ordered the chicken spicy something it was horrible, seriously the chicken needs to be changed on that sandwich, so not worth 12$, also a chicken salad and kids menu items plus 2 sides of bacon, first off the ranch was mixed into my salad, I have never in my life have some one mix in ranch into my salad at any IHOP, seriously! Bad customer service throughout our stay, drinks we got 1 refill within an hours time. When I went to pay a gentleman asked how was everything, I was hesitant to say anything due to lack of care or as if anything would have been done, I simply said; "eh it was aaahlright". I might return because the breakfast is always delicious, which is what my kids love. Im still giving you 3 stars because of it.

Wow, they are TERRIBLE! No one ever brought the extra napkins requested. No one came back to check on us. My omelet came without the tomatoes the menu clearly mentioned. Giselle and Sarah are the worst! Sarah refused to bring the manager when requested. Coffee went dry and never got refilled. Update manager finally came and said "oh well its Sunday". Go someplace else.

Regular customer passing by restaurant employees in a Black BMW about 345pm on Sunday drinking an alcoholic beverage on company parking lot, cant believe company would allow this to happen very disappointing to see this type of working environment, its guessed to be a family oriented restaurant but to let employees to do so, its very disturbing...

Great service, especially in the afternoon, I went with my wonderful family last Tuesday and one thing that I really enjoy was how every table was nice and shiny clean as a whistle!! Out of the all IHOP, when it comes to being clean and awesome service I would recommend this one!! No doubt about it

IHOP is usually generous with their portions, this IHOP was not! We complained that their was WAY too much syrup in our flavored coffee and just got brushed off and they still charged us for it. Not happy with the service at this location. Skimpy with the food and terrible service.

Pancakes were kind of dry, it was too busy and the waitress hardly checked on us. When my husband kept asking her to refill soda she just stamped 2 sodas and didnt come back for a while lol. I feel bad for her but maybe they need more employees. Love IHOP. Just not this one.

Super cramped, service was slow. Our server was nice but the manager who took my name was rude. We can see them stand around gossiping and eating. Why is their kitchen so exposed? Found a hair in my daughters fruit. Wont ever come back to this IHOP.

Cold food and they dont seem to care. They ask how everything was, you tell them bad and then they proceed to move on as if you said it was great. Thanks for bad tasting cold and undercooked food.

This place is usually busy but they seem to be very efficient so the wait usually goes by quickly. Food is good and service is good. Pricing is reasonably inexpensive. Over all good place to stop
