Service blows. I was staring at 5 employees for five minutes while waiting for someone to take my order. All while one of the employees was talking on her personal cell phone right at the register. Once I got my food, it was cold and not what I ordered. Everyone here is lazy and unprofessional. Employees look dirty and have a poor attitude. They have enough staff members working, (even during slow business times) so the store should be clean and food should be made to the customers specifications. I understand that this is Taco Bell, but my expectations are higher even for a quick meal.

I asked for a ranch and charged me for it When usually theyre free everywhere else, Then i spoke to the manager about it and give me a smurk and shook his head wich pissed me off And made me wait 10min for him to add alittle more And by the time i received it my food was cold!! And lets not talk about and employee there wich was realy rude Bad Customer Service!!

Its a taco bell... I end up here because of convenience more than desire. I would like to see an improvement in their food. I do not like cheese sauce and would much rather have real fresh cheese. Aside from a few items I dont find taco bell to be a great value. The restaurant was clean but boisterous school kids ruin the environment.

ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG!!!!! 5TH TIME ....DRIVE THRU...WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN TO GET 2$ BURRITO BACK. ..AND WAS TREATED AS IF I WAS NOT TELLING TRUTH....SO YES IM THE ONE THAT SLAMMED HALF EATEN BURRITO ON YOUR COUNTER AND YES U CAN KEEP YOUR 2$ WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE...LAST TIME I TRIED TO SPEAK WITH ON PREMIS MANAGER WAS A JOKE.

We walked in to try the new dare devil burritos and came in and it was scorching hot! No AC at all..ITS 94°F outside and no AC!? Its literally cooler outside..How can I enjoy my food sweating!? On top of all that they completely ruined our order...she reversed the entire thing! Never coming again... these women are rude and unhelpful...

This place sucks. They cant seem to get your order right in the drive-thru. Theyve gotten my order wrong more than five times already. I dont get it. They ask you if your order looks right on the screen before you drive to the pay window. How the heck do you mess that up? And they want $15.00 an hour? Give me a break!!!!

Horrible orderd 5 tacos and 8 burritos and I swear my freaking taco had like a pinch of beef all freaking shell! And the manager told me thats how me serve them really? Because my sister works at the Baldwin park Taco Bell and they give a good amount of beef in the taco!! Smh yet there quick to ask for a survey smh...

Im surprised that some people write "friendly staff" because on several occasions Ive found them rather grumpy. Service is consistently slow. Menu is confusing. But, hey, I like the food.
