Normally, I get great service at Red Robin but not this Valentines Day. I get it, it does get busy. But why are the tables in front and behind me, gets to have a server who comes by regularly and ask how everything is going? I couldnt get anyone to refill my water. And those bottomless fries, not that day. You know when you go and pay for your meal at your table with that tablet, they ask if you want to do a quick survey. Why did I feel like I couldnt comfortably give my honest opinion about my service for that day? Maybe because while I was answering the survey, one of the workers there told me that his mom always told him that if you didnt have anything nice to say, to not say it all. Just a word of advice to me. I wasnt trying to be rude or ridiculous with my comments. My husband and I ordered drinks that we didnt receive. Food came out great. It was all delicious but no one really came by after that. So yeah, I am definitely ok with not coming back here. I just wanted a nice date with my husband.

Great food and service! I prefer turkey burgers over regular hamburgers.When my boyfriend and I went last night i asked the waiter what her opinion was on the only turkey burger on the menu and she said it was good but that i could order any burger and replace the patty w/a turkey patty. We ordered a cheesy spinach and artichoke dip for appetizer DELICIOUS! and I ordered a mushroom w/Swiss cheese turkey burger w/steak fries. very satisfying and delicious i would go back again ANY DAY. Our waitress was very sweet.. so sweet it was annoying but I prefer her over someone rude. It was a little loud bc it was packed but i didnt mind it I recommend it!

Awesome food. @Andrew Giuliani. Im not going to complain about gluten free this or that or the waiters not bringing me an ipad with the website on it. I have a smart phone and can do it myself. You eat at places for the food. Red Robins food is pretty damn good. Bottomless fries. Love it. Too many picky people with a complex expecting other people to worship the ground they walk on when they come into eat at places. Also do some research on the places you plan to eat. That will help you out with your gluten free menu buddy. Lol awesome place. Awesome food. Keep up the good work.

Ive been to various Red Robin restaurants and found this one to be the weakest one. The server was attentive and the service was quick. My issue was the quality of food at this location. A member of our party became ill (multiple visits to the restroom) after eating his burger. I felt slightly nauseous after leaving the restaurant but never became ill. The management was made aware of the issue and did what they could to apologize, which is very good of them. Red Robin is good. Just not this one at that particular moment in time.

It might be another 6 month until i return to this place. I got to the restaurant 25 mins after i had put in a phone order and the waitress told me she rememver takin my order but did not put it in. She asked me to repeat the order as she did not remember where she put my order. She asked if i want some water and took another 10 mins to get me that damn water. My beer I ordered from the bar came out way before my water. No discount on my check. My order was not even rushed to be done. TERRIBLE.

Poor staff awareness training on food allergies. Waited approx 10 min for them to produce a gluten free menu. Staff seemed unsure or unaware about this being a real allergy. I was informed that ALL Red Robins were requiring guests to review the Red Robin website prior to dining at the restaurant. Bar tender did eventually produce an IPad with Red Robin website after 10 min wait. At that point I was no longer willing to risk my health to the high potential for incompetence.

Giving it two stars due to the fact the bartender was sweet when I went to pick up my food to go. She even gave me fries in a cup to enjoy on the way home. How ever, my order was all messed up my wife and I paid extra for special fries only to receive just regular fries. Our burgers we undercooked and the bread was soggy. And we arrived there on time to get our food which wasnt ready and still needed to be boxed up to go. Probably wont be going back here again.

Past 3 visits have been horrible , i sit in the bar area and every time i see the waitress passing mr by and helping other people before she even greets me,maybe im tge wrong color or ehtnicity . I got sick twice with the food they served me , i got a shake and it tasted off , like they blended some cleaner with it . Ive witnessed the employees touching icecream with their bare hands ! I will be filing a report with the health department .

The food was hot. The waitress kept out drinks full, and the french fries were flowing. Generic food options at best otherwise. The teriyaki chicken salad had canned pineapples and canned mandarin oranges on it, demolishing any sense of a healthy option once you added the poppy seed dressing (sweet) and the teriyaki drenched chicken. I dont even know why I thought this would be better than a lettuce wrapped sandwich

This place has been going downhill in quality. Tried it again probably for the last time unfortunately. My meal personally was OK, the smokey burger or something similar in the signature burger section. My wifes beef deep was dry, and my parents fish and chips was very lackluster. Overall every one left unsatisfied and with that "why did I eat that" unsettling feeling.

I love the burgers at Red Robin but they really need to work on their service. No matter when you go the service is ALWAYS slow Seems like they never have enough staff scheduled. For example, Wednesday night, 8:00pm 4 people, tons of tables but had to wait to be seated because no servers for the empty tables. Could do a lot better.

FOOD Good burgers, not awesome but good. SERVICE Consistently high as with all their locations. ATMOSPHERE Active and positive. Familiy friendly. Has a small arcade for kids (and those of us that act like kids) to play while you wait to be seated.This is not in a busy trade area which means that your wait here should be short.

We were seated by a hostess who was nice. Out drinks were brought after a while. We sat for about 25 minutes with waiters & waitresses walking by at least 6 times and not one said a word or even acknowledged that we were there. We ended up paying for the drinks and leaving without any food or service.

Samaria the manager is amazing she totally rook care of me. Even though I was mistaken she went way out of her way. Although they had annoying young kids who were apparently friends of a server. Not her fault though.

My kids like to eat here becasue of the frys. Its a little too much money for what i get but my family likes to go here and the waitresss are always really smiling. I would like it too be cheaper
