I have been trying to get here for about a week and a half now since every time I get off work they are closed due to their horrible hours. Monday-Thursday they close at 8, Friday anduring Saturday they close at 10 and Sunday they close at 9. Tonight I got there 23 minutes before they were about to close. Im standing at the register ready to order and the lady working doesnt even walk over, she just sticks her head out of the kitchen area and tells me that she is already closing so basically I have to leave. The rudest customer service ever and you "close" almost a half hour earlier than what the business hours sign says. Thats extremely disappointing and one of the main aspects of a Fatburger Restaurant is to stay open late. Extremely ridiculous and thank you for robbing me of almost a half hour. Never again coming back here.

I ordered a burger from them online. I specifically told them to put only mushrooms and bacon on my burger. They added mayonnaise and mustard and tomatoes and all kinds of stuff. I was already at home when I saw this but it wasnt that big a deal to me. I told them how my dad was going to pass through their area on his way to my house and he could pick up a replacement. They straight up refused to replace my burger. This employee who said his name was Brandon said that I had to bring my original burger to prove I wasnt lying. When I asked to speak to the manager he said she left even though I had just heard him talking to her. The customer service at this place is some of the worst I have ever seen. In summary McDonalds has better customer service.

I like the food quality and taste but hate the restaurant its dirty the restroom never has hand soap, as a matter fact, they dont even have a machine to wash your hands so if you use the toilet its kind of disgusting to not be able to wash. Their air conditioner is off and its extremely hot inside Ive actually requested they said that they turned it on for me and that it would come on in a few minutes Ive already been waiting here for my food and still nothing its been at least 5 minutes. I am NOT happy with this restaurant I dont think I could see myself coming here again. The food is pricey and dont see any justification to return.

Believe me, I LUUUUV hamburgers so, when Fatburger opened, me and another colleague decided to try it. The food: Not bad, but Ive definitely had a better burger. I guess the part I dont like is the amount of grease dripping from the burger. The service: Always excellent here. The staff is always friendly and makes sure to get you anything you might need after delivering your food. Overall, not a bad place, but it doesnt give me that "I have to come back!" feeling.

Horrible food, I got the xxxl burger with everything, when I got home, open it up and saw only a slice of tomato, and a thin slice of lettuce with three layers of beef, this wasnt what I saw from the advertisements. It was dry and the fries were wet and soggy. No wander the place was empty, I thought I had come at a slow time. I was so wrong. This place gets a F. Avoid at all cost

They food isnt that great to charge so much smh. Five guys is way better then this place. It was my first time going. And I wouldnt go back just because is the price $50 for three people when it didnt taste that awesome and my Husband burger looked so sloppy. My chicken sandwich was good and fries but could get that anywhere. Food didnt stand out

Downhill... I have never been to fat burger and been unimpressed but now I have. I dont know if its a different owner or not but the burger wasnt seasoned like a fat burger should be. They took away the baby fat that my wife loves. No jukebox, it was eerily quiet with no music or anything playing. Not worth the $30 price for 2 people.

Went here on a recommendation from Daym Drops. I hadnt had a Fat Burger in over 8 years. It was good tasty. I could have used a less dry bun and the meat I think was pressed too much. It made it a little too dry. Next time I will try to order the temperature. Great visit tho.

Burgers are delicious, as well as the shakes. The dry rub wings were nothing out of the ordinary. Service was pretty good considering that they got slammed with a bunch of people as soon as a conference let out. Would definitely come back and try different things!

Great tasting burger for the 1/2 lb. And cheddar cheese and some guac. Lettuce and tomato.. Pretty good. Also chili fries on the side. Messy to eat .but good flavor. Very expensive to eat here.for a first timer alone spent $16 and change in a combo.omg

The first Fatburger Ive ever visited and I loved every bite, overall it was delicious but there is one thing to take into consideration, the guy who gave me my cup had his finger inside of it so thats not too sanitary but Im not a big time germophobe.

Its worth the price, to the hamburger all the way to the lemonade drink. I asked for it well done and bacon well done u cant go wrong with crispy bacon:D. Family firendly, good place to come in groups or alone. Either way its really good here

Long story short. They have good burgers and Oh wait the fat fries are delicious. But sadly, the freaking prices are Chang , Chang , Chang leave your wallet empty broke. It was like 40 bucks to feed a family of 4! Hope my review helped.

The food here is great and the staff is friendly. Very tasty burgers! But the prices are fairly high... $12 for a large cheese burger and fries combo. I would probably come here more often if the prices were more reasonable.

Made my order wrong and then try to argue with me about it. Brought out another lady order and made hers wrong as well. Poor customer service. I dont write bad reviews but if Im gonna pay $11 for a hamburger better be right.

Chicken was not cooked right had a raw chicken taste made my stomach hurt after eating here i tryed to say something they told me they cooked it as best they could and wouldnt even re cook my food very displeased

I ordered the 5oz burger w/o cheese. Being a weight watcher person I knew the burger was approximately 1.5 oz. it was very crumbly, meaning not firm. It came to $5.82. I felt ripped off. That was my experience.

The website said they closed at 9p, I got there at 8 and the girl was cleaning the grill and said sorry were closed when I walked in. That didnt make sense the doors were left open.

Delicious Burger....one of the best anywhere! Just their original fat Burger with chili and cheese...yum! I do really miss the jukebox....that added to the atmosphere....its a must!

Went in yesterday air conditioning was off on a 109 degree day. They were out of tea and lemonade. Burger was good tho not worth coming back for the lack of customer service.
