I was just there a few minutes ago. I bought $15 worth of food for my kids. The guy in the drive through window seemed like a nice enough fellow. He takes my charge card, comes back a few minutes later and tells me I wasnt sure if your card went through the first time, so I put it through twice. Now my machine is out of paper, so I dont know if any of the charges went through at all! I asked him if he has another roll of paper for his machine so that he could perhaps check to see what went through. He said he did not! I thought he was kidding. Smiling at him, I asked, "How do you know if any of the charges went through?" He shrugged with a semi guilty look. I told him to try t o cancel the charges. He said he would refund me my money if I went back to him and showed him that things were charged to my account. I told him to try to cancel charges. When he attempted to do so, he came back and said the machine does not accept my card! I got my card back from him, went to the corner liquor store and without any problem purchased something and got some cash back from the store. I return to Rodeo Burger to pick up my food. The man gives me my food, and once again, says that he is sorry and he will refund my money when I prove that there has been a charge against my account. Arriving home, I call my bank and surely enough, charges had gone through! I drove back, he did give me my money back (with some change short), but I had to dig out my receipt. He was very arrogant and non-challant about the whole thing when he was refunding my money. Fast food! Junk food! All those things this place is, and a rip off!!!

Worst service!!!! Went in for a avacodo bacon burger. I will nvr complain about the food the cooks are amazing! but the service n owners are a bunch of clowns . I walked in, there was dust everywhere n floors Look likethey hadnt been swept or carpets vaccumed all day .. its 4pm . I worked at this location ten years ago n george had me on the floors scrubbing the entire chair(s) with bleach n a toothbrush. N it was always clean n busy . I walked in everyone except cooks were talking and i was watching the older fat white lady who took my order instigate problems with the lady who was working there translating orders to the new cook. Even yelled out n made a scene that as long as shes there shes not coming back to work. A grown woman acting like a child n causing drama should b fired she was concerned about everything else but my order n was fullof complaints . Not good service seems like everybody was lost . Theres like ten help wanted signs outside ,i see why.and as usual the owners sit on there ass in the corner eating free food n watching wendy williams smh.and the bathrooms....lets not even go there . Point black u need to train ur emplpyees, clean ur resturant thuroughly, keep ur cooks, fire that drama startin heffer n have the owners somewhere where theyre not stuffing there faces n get off there asses n greet sum customers!

We have been frequenting Rodeo Burger for some time now, always during the day. Last night we went to Rodeo Burger. The cashier was at best without a personality, so we thought, until, a person of her same race came to the counter and all of the a sudden she was smiles, smiles, smiles. My wife had to get back in line to get her combo drink cup. We were sitting close to the kitchen and I saw our food being wrapped up while at the same time I saw an order of fresh onion rings being placed in a to go box thinking they were ours. In stead the same lady gave them to the drive-thru patron. When I asked are my onion rings hot she just looked at me and said nothing. I had to ask three times before I received an answer of yes from someone else. I had to start pulling my own to go napkins until someone handed me some after the fact. We got four ketchups total and no salt. By the time I go to sixth and California the rings were just slightly more than luke warm by the time I got to California and seventh they were cold. The fries with the combo were just plain nasty and were thrown in the trash. The burrito was great. The gyro was just o.k.

I used to love this place, the price was always good and so were the portions. lately due to my schedule Ive only been able to use there drive through....lets just say there customer service is far from acceptable. every single time I go through the lady treats me like crap and acts like she has a flame on my ass (shes rushing me).....theirs a difference between an efficient employee and a jerk....first of all, Im pretty damn quick at ordering my food...second, you guys arent that busy calm the hell down. the food is decent, I can think of a ton of places with "decent" food Id rather spend my money elsewhere...go to Norcos best burger its close and allot better

Bad service on more then one occasion,I placed an order for 2 kids meals and 3 hamburger meals 2 of them came wrong and my wifes Meal came out 20mins afterwards,mind you other customers were getting their meals before us,by this time her meal came out,we couldnt enjoy our Meal together without the food being cold,they offer no apology,needless to say we wont be coming back,weve gave them a second chance and they blew it, its sad because this use to be a great spot and still can be with the right people

Ok, I wouldnt say this if I didnt really mean it. I have only been there for breakfast ( 4 Times Now ) and for me this is the best place in the Corona and Norco area. Each time I have went I order something different and they have all been excellent. When asked if you want hash browns or home fries be sure to order the home fries. 5 Flags from me.

Have been going there for years last visit there and I do mean last I ordered a bottle of water Im not supposed to drink sodas or caffeine drinks was told they dont have bottled water but have a glass of water I said ok was charged 3$ for tap water Ive never been charged for tap water at a restaurant

Get the Chicken quesadilla if you are hungry! It is ridiculous value for the money and it taste good. Anything here is good and the prices are just right. Please note that this place can be a bit dirty and a bit small but the food and value makes up for it.

They have real good breakfast, sandwiches and typical sides. (fries, zucchini, onion rings) The chicken quesadilla is big enough to feed two hungry people. Soups change depending on the day. The drive through is usually crowded at meal times but not slow.

If I could give ZERO stars - I would. Tried Rodeo Burger and found foreign things cooked into my food (hair & ?) Someone at the next table found bug! Management refused refund even when both of us showed them the contaminated food! Never go to this place
