I dont usually write reviews, but now I believe its time. Ive been going to the Citrus City Grille for years now because my friend lives near. Ive gone to brunch on Sunday (extremely expensive...food was good, but definitely not worth the money), and many nights out on Fridays and Saturdays. We always go early to have dinner and drinks before the club/dancing begins. This way our entrance fee goes towards the dinner instead of just entering. The time used to be a charge after 9pm, so we showed up earlier than 9pm. I stepped out for a few minutes to return and let them know so I would not pay the entrance fee. The security guard (if thats what you call him) said Id have to return before 9pm to not get charged. The woman at the door said 11pm. So I was confused with different stories. When I returned before 9pm, the doorman said I could pay the $15 entrance fee now or later. I asked why because I was eating dinner and had been there for over an hour already. He said everyone is being charged who is inside the restaurant/bar after 11pm even if they ate dinner. So now Im getting 3 different stories. Sure enough, they went to everyone in the bar/restaurant and charged $15 each, even to people who ate dinner and were just sitting at the bar for hours. As we got kicked out because we refused to pay an extra $15 each after were closing our bill and paid over $100 for dinner and drinks, I walked to the door. As my friend was leaving and saying bye to people we met, the girl managing the door started being rude to my friend and was saying in a loud voice why was he still here and to kick him out. Im not saying how to run your business, but that was a very uncomfortable time. I have never been to a restaurant, spent a lot of money for dinner and drinks, while being forced to pay to stay seated at the same chair. Usually if you spend money for dinner the entrance is waived. So they have changed their rules and are extremely rude staff. Good luck on your business, but for me and my friends, we have decided not to visit your restaurant at all anymore because there are too many good choices to go to without being treated rudely while spending a lot of money.

We had a party of 30, held in the rear patio. I will let you know that CC Grille went above and beyond to ensure that it all went smooth. Jill Scott (manager) exceeded all of our expectations and made sure that all of our guest were greeted, directed and in many cases, escorted our guest to the rear patio. Our server was Crystal, she was extremely patient and accommodating to our guest. Some of us visited the bar and met Miguel (bartender) once again, very friendly, very knowledgeable of the CC Grille liquor, he can definitely make a great Manhattan. So all in all, the food, the drinks and the service met and exceeded everyones expectations. Our guest came from Temecula area, Orange County and L.A. area. All were in love with CC Grille and kept on commenting about how great the restaurant was. Out of 5 stars, CC Grille deserves 7 STARS *******

First time here and definitely my last. We came here to celebrate a friends birthday and I arrived shortly after my friends. The dinner table was nice , basket of bread and water already placed. However our server, (although it says Angela B on my receipt, there were several) seemed a little preoccupied. Never came over to take our drink order, we drank water our entire visit. When our plates were served he immediately came over to sprinkle pepper on our dish although we never asked and when he got to mine I stopped him but it was to late... pepper on my dinner. He never came back to check-in on us... and food wasnt that great. Im dissapointed with the service there... very unorganized. My friends and I wont be coming back.

Service was Exelent but the food took too long, i asked for a medium rare staek and i got well done, I ordered a slice of Cheese Cake that usually is prety big but i got a two small squares. Our Reservation was at 8pm, we got there at 7:30 and we didnt get call till 8:30 The assistant manager came to apologize asking me how i wanted him to fix the problem and they had run out of Cheese Cakes and thats why they gave me something small so they can accommodate others but what is that had to do with us? he asure that next time i go for new years he will mwke it better. We definitely will not go Back to this place. This was our firs time and it was our worst experience in my life.

Love it. This place is great, their apple martinis are the bomb! Its a little expensive so I reccommend going during happy hour. It has a loungy vibe which I love. I usually really enjoy the food, but the filet mignon is just good not great, they have plenty of other great options though. I really loved the spinach salad the last time I was there! My husband and I always go here for date night, mostly because its so close to home, but the food, drinks, and service has always been great! Definitely a place worth checking out if youve never been here before.

Well I must say the food and service was more than five stars. And the price was less than I expected. Our server Greg was outstanding. The jazz playing was great. I and the restaurant was very very clean. I love the open kitchen you can see whats going on there. Also the restrooms we very clean. They also have a sink to wash your hands on the outside of the restrooms as well. On the outside they have a nice patio with heat lamps and fire pits. And depending on the night live bands as well. I will be back.

Frustrating. Food was absolutely spectacular, but the glasses -- three drinks from the bar, all came in glasses dirty enough to taste the prior drink. My water tasted fruity and had a brown tint. My beer (a regular favorite of mine, so I know when it tastes "off") had hints of red wine and crusty white residue on the outside of the glass. My girlfriends diet coke tasted like whiskey. It was REALLY weird and the waitress basically said we were imagining it. Not the best way to handle that...

The owner is Steve and he is what makes this restaurant a 5 star. Customer service top notch. The manager Bill is equally positive, very welcoming and concerned about customer satisfaction. I am now a life long customer of this restaurant. As soon as you walk in the area is superior in cleanliness. A very relaxing environment with top decor throughout. If your looking for a nice place to take your family or a date this is the spot. Very classy and eloquent. Jim

I dont recommend going here for brunch. Food was not that good and brunch was not even worth it. Then you cant switch drinks between mimosa or bloody mary without a charge or you cant add more than 3 toppings on an omlet without being charged extra as well. The most annoying part was the flies that kept flying around. Lastly on their website it said brunch was $27.95 and they charged us $29.95. Just a bad experience overall.
