I had reserved a "Draft Party"for fantasy football a week in advanced at this location. I booked a table for 15 people at 8:45pm. When I arrived at 8:30, the hostess said she had no record of my reservation. When she went to speak to her manager, he didnt seem too concerned, and kind of threw his hands to the side and shrugged as if to say "Whelp, nothing we can do."... The hostess said that once people started to leave she might be able to squeeze some tables together. I started to have people arrive for the draft, which was scheduled at 9:15, I was promised a draft kit, power extensions, and access to wifi to have a smooth draft. Instead I sat there waiting for 4 different parties to leave in order to group some tables. Very very disappointed. We ended up leaving and going to the local Applebees, who (even without reservation) bent over backwards for us. What I found interesting is that BWW called me around 9:45pm to ask if I "still wanted a table"... I never gave my phone number to the hostess, if she never had my reservation on file then how did she get my contact information?

The only reason I keep giving these people money is because the food is still good. I only ever do take out. That is, if you can get them to answer the phone. Then, when you show up, the service is unbelievably slow. If they mess up your order (like they did on my super bowl order) and you want to talk to the manager, they hassle you for not bringing it back the same day (really, during super bowl?) then act as if YOURE wasting THEIR time. But there never seems to be a shortage of workers just standing around, usually about 1 or 2 seem to have nothing to do at any given time. Would have been a 1 star, but the food being good gave them an extra star. UPDATED: food is still OK. Theyve started messing up orders, and now weve had multiple rude and sometimes snide workers. I honestly only continue coming here because I like the food more than wing stop.

Ive been to bww once in the past and had a bad experience at this same location. Today I decided to give it a second chance since I work in the food industry and I know how it can be sometimes. Today my wife, my daughter and I went to have a quick lunch before I left to work. we arrive at 1:15 and first of all it took us about 5 mns for some one to even come and sit us down. After, the server was very quick about getting out drinks started. Me and my wife ordered right away because we knew we didnt have much time but it took over 30 mins and we still had no food or the appetizers that we had ordered. Instead we decided to leave and go to wingstop and it took us only 15 mins to get all of our food! Bww you let me down once again!!!

I ordered lunch over the phone. When I arrive, there a several employees running around trying to take phone and online orders. I eventually pay and take my food. On my way back to work. I realized that I wasnt given the food with my drink. It wasnt a big deal. Then I open my wings and they are dry with no sauce. I dont have time to drive back and return these wings. I decided I wont be back to this BWW location. Maybe even no BWW at all because this isnt the first time it happens. Other times that Ive received the wings dry and with no glaze, they just offer sauce on the side which gives the wings a different taste. Bummer.

This BBW is WAY too small, parties in line was up to 12 waiting for a table..it gets worse..half of the table were walk in and sit, there were people just sitting in a table talking like if they were at a donut shop drinking a cup of coffee while there was a huge line waiting for a table. Then finally after we get seated we get our food guess what? Waiter forgot to give us forks and were waiting outside " had to get seated outside because inside was ridiculously picked" with our food getting cold, we finish our food and ask for the chocolate cake dessert..waiter tells us they ran out! Smh never go here!!

Terrible service, booked a booth online, checked in and waited for the booth. Later found out they gave the table away because we were waiting outside when it was too crowded inside. Their quality service is replaced with the idea that yourself can be replaced by the party after you. They usually notify you when your table is ready via text but not this time. There is always something wrong when making reservations here. If you make reservations here make sure you are on them constantly and confirm your reservations because sometimes reservations disappear into thin air like their service does.

Never sit outside it is disgusting terrible manager made excuse there is nothing they can do... its called a power washer... learn to clean your eating areas so everyone outside isnt being attacked my Nats bees and flies... changing locations.... I will be reporting to the department of public health... not an A establishment at all.... in addition I get home and my to go order is wrong with no cheese for the pretzels... just calling corporate tomorrow you guys have some serious issues at this store...

Went there just recently. Way better than the other one I went to. Wish I had gone here first. The first one I went to I ordered online a couple hours early and they were not ready with my order when I showed up. The boneless wings they gave me were breaded husks. This one had my order ready in the 20 minutes they said they would be and the Bo elses wings were big and juicy. The staff was nice and even gave me extra sauces when they found out it was my favorite. Thanks guys!

First of all the service was very curtious and quick. That was where it all ended. The wings had freezer burn taste, light on the sauce, and stiff to fork out teeth. My sons burger had soggy cold buns, when it was asked to be replaced they simply replaced the bun and left the meat. I expected a complete replacement since we had requested one. The stars are for the service, the missing 3 is for the food being sub par and lacking.

I came to this restaurant and I saw a lady who came from Mexico and she ordered an alcoholic beverage and the employee asked for an id and the lady gave her a Mexico Id but it was made in the United states and the employee and the MANAGER denied it. I felt like that was racist in some way. Then the lady asked the employee what was her problem why wont they accept my id and she said we dont accept Mexico Ids.

Not a friendly place for first timers. It was my first time wanting to buy some wings to go from this place, but the atmosphere and staff were overly busy. The waitress pointed me to the "orders to go" cashier area and I was ignored the moment I received the menu. I understand this business has mad rush hours and all, but why does it have to be overly hard to order some carry out wings for a new customer??
