I went in last night to eat with 3 others and we were seated quickly. When our server arrived she made a face and tried to play it off. After that we had a different server she got our drinks in a timely matter then took our order. After that she disappeared for nearly 30 minutes not checking on us leaving bus with our drinks only. Finally I approached the host so she may inform the manager of this. The food took almost 40 minutes to arrive right when we were about to start eating the food was room temperature, it had been sitting there for some time now. The only thing that was "hot" was our buffalo chips and thats because they forgot about them and whipped them out last minute. Manager arrived after all of this and said hed talk to our server and if he could have our food remade, we had waited almost an hour to eat and we werent willing to wait any longer due to the service we had received already so I said no its fine so he gave us a discount. The best part of this visit was our host she gave us the best service for that night sadly...

I come here on a regular basis, and the service is consistently terrible. Not bad, not ehh, but terrible. Just last night we ordered a coffee when we sat down, and finally got it AFTER we started eating. The excuse? We dont know how to use the coffee machine. Ive also noticed that they NEVER bring you silverware before or with your food, but always after its gotten cold (when they remember to bring it at all, I had to walk inside from the patio and get it myself last night, as I typically do with refills as well). Seriously, even when I sit in the dining room I get up and pour my own refills because otherwise I often dont get them. I dont recall his name, but the only good server they have is the black guy. The regulars know him, and he is consistently great to deal with. I really just keep coming back *hoping* he will be there. As others have mentioned, the rest of the staff just tends to hang around in the corners socializing, with little to no regard to the guests.

Been coming to this location for years. Service has always been sub-par. Food is always a roll of the dice, meaning if it comes out hot, then its great. But dont count on it. Monday, place was about 75% packed, so not entirely busy. Waited 15+ minutes for drinks, waited 30+ minutes for apps, then another 45+ minutes for food which came out cold. Sent it back, and waited another 35+ minutes before speaking with a Manager to just pay our tab & leave. Manager (with a Boston accent) was entirely rude, & said he just came back from vacation & "had to deal with this mess". He continued to blame things on his staff & not even apologize. Not sure I wanna even go back with the Gift Cards I have from Christmas.

I have never been a fan of this franchise, but my boyfriend wanted to go for lunch and I hate to be a party pooper. Service was so slow, I wanted to walk out. There were barely any customers while we were there too, it didnt make any sense. We ordered pretty light meals as well... The food here is definitely not worth the wait either. Server stopped by our bare table 35 minutes after we arrived and asked us if we had gotten the food we ordered from him..... Nope! Do not come here if you are trying to make it to a showtime within an hour. You will certainly be late!!

The male server we got was great with good attitude and the atmosphere with plenty of screen for watching sports was awesome. But the food was below my acceptable standard. The spinach dip was yucky. The fried shroom didnt meet the expectation. We tried different sauces - spicy garlic, Asian zing and hot BBQ werent so good. The chicken tenders were just ok, nothing more sp cola than just grilled chicken strips. The cheese dip was below average. I just dont like the food. If i wanna go to watch a game with some beer and boosts, its good but I wont order the food.

One of two things wrong with this place, either the team working tonight (hosts and manager) did not feel like working or they simply do not have an idea of how to run this fine establishment. Between the attitude ritten host "Nicole" and the so called Manager Aaron really gave BWW a bad name. I would not come back to a place where they dont appreciate the business of running a place like that. Hope Who ever Owns this place finds out how theyre running this place. Good luck!

Reading these reviews, I must have been lucky with my service. Ive been here twice; once to watch a non-ppv fight and the other time to watch a football game (regular season). On both occasions I was seated within 15-20 mins and our servers were great. Ive had better wings from other BWW locations but these were good (traditional with wild sauce). And like all the other BWW, there are so many TVs to watch any sport you want.

I normally like going to BDubs, but my experience with Corona isnt as good as other locations. I was there Sat and ordered a small traditional which is normally 10 wings. I was told I would be getting 9 because they weigh them. I have never had this happen before. However the wings were no larger than Ive had in the past. Going to try another location and see if they are doing the same thing.

The WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited the wings we ordered literally the most disgusting hard cold wings Ive ever received... I brought my sister here she has never been too a buffalo wild wings and I felt so embarrassed I apologized to her that I vouched for it... My boyfriend enjoyed his burger but the WINGS SUCKED HORRIBLY. Waste of money very disappointed.

Worst service ever! It took over 30 minutes for the server to bring back a fork. By then my food was cold. Then he messed up our check TWICE!! It took him 45 minues to give us the correct check. And he never once apologize for the inconvenience. And to top it off it wasnt even busy. Our server only had one other table. I will NEVER COME BACK!!

We waited an hour and had to ask a waitress for our server cause we still hadnt received our food . The place wasnt busy it was our table and 2 more . The excuse we got when the food finally came was that my flat bread was burned the first time and he didnt want to bring the rest of the food out . IM NEVER COMING BAXK HERE AGAIN

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location in Corona has the worst customer service! Was told it would be a 30 minute wait and ended up waiting an hour with empty tables all over the restaurant and employees standing around doing nothing. What a shame, will not be coming back.

Fun place to go with drinking buddies and decent enough to take my kids. The wings are good, nothing completely mind blowing or amazing, but good enough to have more than once. The rest of the menu is good as well, pretty much what you get at the majority of chain restaurants.
