First of all I wouldnt have even given a star but I literally waited 40 minutes just to get my drink. Ordered potato wedges didnt get my order right then took an extra 30 minutes to get my supposed "corrected" order only to find the cheese and bacon was put only on 1/3 of the wedges and still did not fulfill my request of sour cream and chives. Then come to receive my check and find I was over charged for multiple items. When I came to bring this upon my servers attention Nicole , who was great and was trying to correct every mistake that was made by the employee who took over while she was on lunch, informed my that her manager Robert was giving her a hard time about taking off the over charged items so I then proceeded to ask to speak to her manager who then asked me where did these extra items come from when I myself was wondering the same thing and was the exact reason why I wanted to speak to him. Which I then let him know the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes just to be served my drink and noticed only on bartender was working and then he started to argue with me stating that there were 5 when I clearly seen one. The fact that I waited 40 minutes for a drink, and extra 30 for my "appetizer" which arrived 30 mins after my food and incorrectly, then have to wait a hour to have them correct my bill to have to deal with a manger who is arguing with me is beyond ridiculous. I literally was the last customer to leave the establishment at 2:40 am due to all the problems and to make matters worse the restrooms were dirty. As a manager in the food industry the customer is always right and you are obligated to provide the best customer service with the most upbeat and positive attitude to every single customer irregardless of anything. I was seriously so disappointed as a faithful customer to this establishment to come into the new building which I was highly anxious to find the poor service and disrespectful management team. Clearly there are issues that needed to be worked out and I strongly believe that it needs to start with the management team more importantly Robert. If you managers cant help please your loyal customers how do you expect them to lead your employees into pleasing your customers. Sincerely a sadden former customer.

Whoever gave this place a good rating is a friend of a waiter or waitress or something cause no one in their right mind agrees this place is as good as the others. I use to LOVE coming to this bww.. but ever since they hired a lot of new people there service seriously has went to the gutter. 2 weeks ago me and my fiance and 2 other couples went here for dinner. Took our waitress 45min just to ask us what we wanted. Than 30mins later we see our waitress giving our order to the other huge party next to us. And they told her that they didnt order it. I told her that was our order and she laughed and said nice try. 20 more mins go by and still no food. I ask another waitress for there manager. He came out and asked us if everything was OK. Told him no! We have been waiting for over an hour and a half. And told him how poor our service was. He gave us our food for free. But our waitress had the balls to say that we have to tip her double. Last night we order Thur the new take out room. Was there about 15 mins and other people walked in to make there order to go as well. Another 15 mins pasted by and the people who just walked in got there food. I asked Ray, how much longer or it going to take for my large order of boneless chicken? She gave me the nastiest attitude ever and was talking crap about me loudly behind the door. I got my order went in to the dining area and asked for a different order of wings because I didnt trust Ray at all! And my wings were cold. I spoke with the same manger and told him that they seriously need to hire better employees and have a dress code set. Ive never been to a restaurant were people can wear chokers and nose rings. Management seriously needs to take customers feed back more seriously or they are going to lose there business by getting sued. Sad to say I am not the only person who thinks so either

this has been by far one of the worst customer services, ive experienced. we had to wait about an hour for our food and better yet, the waitress STOLE OUR MONEY!! we had a table for 10. when we had to pay for our food the waitress, anyssa placed our orders altogether, when we specifically said that we wanted to pay for our orders separately from the beginning. she also messed up my receipt order as well as my friends. i had only ordered wings but on my receipt i was charged for my wings and basket fries that someone else at my table ordered. my friend also ordered wings only but on her receipt she was charged for her wings and potato wedges that also someone else at my table ordered. also, we had to wait an hour for our food. someone at our table did not receive their food so they told anyssa to cancel their order; however, she brought her food anyway after she was told to do so. overall, no one in our table tipped her due to her terrible service, but she decided to steal $6.51 from us. for example, anyssa stole $3 from my friend. she owed $3 of change to my friend but she came to our table and told her that she had no change left to give to her. in addition, when she gave us our change back, she did not give all of it back and she practically ripped us off. i cant stand thieves and i wont be coming back here if this thief is working here. who knows, shell be stealing money from other customers and the cash register as well!!

Terrible service. I would rate this place zero stars if that option was available. A bunch of incompetent people work here. Think twice before you decide to spend your money here. 1. I ordered online at about 5:45, and the website gave me options on what time I could pick up. I chose 6:50. I went to pick up my order at 7. After about 30 minutes, I still hadnt gotten my order. 2. They told me that their system isnt synced up to the website, so everything was behind. I would have taken that answer if the people who arrived after me hadnt gotten their orders before me. Everyone (and I mean everyone) who came in after me received their order before me. 3. I had to ask 2 workers and a manager where my order was before I could receive it. The first worker was the person I checked in with. He took my name but didnt bother to check the warmer in case my order was there. I complained to him a second time and he called in into the kitchen, but still no order. I talked to the manager, Melissa, who told me about the website syncing problem, but still no order. 4. Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked a different worker for my order, she called it in, told me they have been bagging a lot of orders and that my order would be coming out soon, and I got my order about a few minutes later. Mind you, (again) people have been coming in after me and getting their orders, AND they were placing other bagged orders in their warmer.
