The managers tonight were Rene, Kevin and Russell. We were served by Pierre at our table and Luis at the bar. The host/hostesses were so many at the front they were running into one other as they got in the way of customers. None of them welcomed anyone, they were lost and confused, not one knew what great customer service looks like. The manager was right there observing all of this and did nothing to redirect, train, coach, or correct anyone at all. The wait to be seated was long because of a big baseball game but we didnt mind. I went to the bar for a drink for my wife and I and was helped promptly. I asked for a margarita and a beer but I was told that the blended drinks were "down" and not offered an alternative. The bar was full of people but the bartenders were not busy, the bar manager was absent and wasnt observing, training or offering any solutions to being "down". Luis was polite but showed no interest in suggesting another drink to satisfy my request. My wife went without a drink while we waited. Once our name was called we were sent dismissively to the patio "just take them to the patio" and seated to "sit where you want it doesnt matter". Pierre, our server, was a hustler but was obviously overwhelmed. The patio couldnt be a more disorganized mess. The tables were not numbered which resulted in ALL of your staff parading up and down the patio asking customers if what they had on their tray was what they ordered. If it wasnt so tragic it would be comical how many times your runners traversed the length of the patio with a tray of cold food or warm beer only to go back inside, completely lost. We first got our entree (wings) to which the runner asked us "are you sure this is what you ordered? Because its possible that someone else ordered the exact same thing!" When I told her that the veggies were supposed to be all carrots (just like it said on the receipt she was reading from) she acted annoyed and brought back 3 carrot sticks per tray, as if she just picked out the celery! Not to mention she left us no trays/plates to eat these wings on (the wings were lukewarm at best by the way). 5 minutes later the appetizer showed up and another 5 minutes after that my beer showed up (everything was ordered at once). Later I asked the same runner for another ranch and some napkins to which she replied "of course!" and promptly disappeared for the rest of the night. My 2nd beer came out warm and you could tell it sat a while because it had the huge space on top of where the head on my beer used to be. My 3rd took longer and was comped. Pierre got very bad and very little support from his co-workers and from the people you call "managers". The managers managed ONLY to ensure the worst service Ive EVER gotten at a chain restaurant/bar and spurred me to write this very long review. This is only my 2nd time ever doing this and like the one time before, I do this only because I expected more. I dont want your coupon, nor a gift card, nor a phone call, nor an apology. I only ask you to FIX THIS out of pride for my city and the horrible way you represented us tonight. I understand it was busy but this wasnt my first time here, but it may be my last. I have more than 12 years experience in customer service & management and could easily say that your establishment has no leadership and LOW expectations from your people. The key to success is repeat business and youre failing.

One star is over stating it!!! me and my friend went there Friday night and we ordered our food first before the others behind us witch we ordered 10 minutes before they sat down. I asked the waitress why our order is not out yet and the others after us there order was all out and we still waited 45 min. She said " I will get the Manager witch we did not ask for. Befor you know it manager Peter came over and right away had a bad attitude very rude said "what you want 10% Discount" Me and My friend Said " no not at all just wanted to know where our order is". He Said " oh is it free food you want ok " me and my friend said NO I said just give us the bill for the beer we just want to leave As we git up to leave the Manager pushed my friend and said just go and do not come back! I Just had water my friend had 1 beer. Poor service and and very unprofessional Management!

開胃菜我們點了 onion rings & 起士球, 洋蔥圈跟台灣很不一樣, 很大一圈粉也不會很厚, 還不錯吃 起士球也是粉不會很厚, 也不錯 可惜主菜烤雞翅不是很入味, 都是靠 sauce 來調味 牆上有很多電視, 播放不同的運動節目, 室內要很大聲說話才聽得見對方的聲音, 整體感覺比 hooters 好些, 可以去吃吃看。

Our waitress was good, but the front desk sucked! I was here for the USA vs Belgium game and even though they had more than 10 sittings in the outside and 5 in the inside they said there wasnt any sitting. Then we over heard when a customer came in and the inside was full and the front lady told her that why didnt she call her earlier for a sitting inside. It was clearly that they were saving the seats for people they knew. I have never had any problem with this place, but this really irritated me seeing more than 30 people waiting for a sit and the front not sitting anyone down because there was "no" tables available. Also they forgot to write down our party on their list

Horribly service. We waited for 20 mins at the table not being offered drinks at the very least. When we asked a host to get a waitress for us she said okay and went to the bar section to serve. The waitress finally came after she took the order of people who had arrived within 2 mins. I kid you not 2 mins and they had everything ordered with drinks. Our waitress happened to be training another girl and when we asked to speak to the manager the waitress told the trainee to not help us. Once the manager came we said what we needed to and walked out. I suggest to never go to bww in general because the employees are just horrible. Hope they can fix their attitudes.

First off I walked in and the hostess were just standing there watching to see open tables ( I get that) but Im standing there so I can let her know I want a table. Finally get her attention by asking who do I let know I want a table for 2. She said I could sit at the bar. So I sat down and waited for a waiter to realize I was there. nobody even asked me if I had been helped. I had to ask for my own menu. I thought maybe that would let them notice nobody is helping me. I was looked straight in the eyes and not a word was said. RIDICULOUS!!! I understand its busy but I just asked for my own menu!!

I gave this place a chance multiple times but the mens restroom is always messy this last busy one sink out of two was out of service the working one was faulty. It should be an easy fix but they get neglected. I ordered the sample platter but the got gave me the wrong style wing but even though I told them it wasnt a big deal the wings were cold. I brought it up and they gave me some fresh ones eventually. They got other orders wrong and my bill was not adjusted for the wings I sent luckily I noticed. Unless I just want some beers at the bar I wont be coming back for the food service
