This Pizza Hut doesnt even deserve one star. I usually go to this Pizza Hut and they have disappointed me more today than ever... They lack basic leadership skills and their manager, Ivan, was awfully rude and was unable to fix my pizza without arguing with me and complaining to his coworkers about me right while I was there. I ordered the new cheesy bites pizza and the "cheesy bites crust" looked liked a babys fingers and they were all crooked and downright unappetizing. Ivans excuse was that the person in charge of making the pizzas does them the morning before so there was no way he could possibly fix it. He made a second pizza and was basically telling me "see. its the same as the other one" I payed the full amount with no discounts so I wanted to get what I was paying for... not some pizza that looked like it was made in an easy bake oven. Ive never had a manager argue with me and be disrespectful to his costumers right in front of his employees. Would not recommend.

Yum Yum Yum! Menu changes made recently are a definite upgrade! First time trying Pizza Hut in a while, Im glad we did! We ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas (pepperoni&sausage, olives&sausage) for delivery. They arrived hot, in just 32 minutes, and were great! Better food than when I drove for a Pizza Hut in Tampa, Florida (2008- 2012. This store should hire me and put ME in a uniform, too. I would enjoy serving up such good eats, and I grew up in this area.) Even the edge of the crust got all eaten up by Mom, Dad and I! Courteous phone person and driver, too. I am gonna try their wings next time I order, SOON! Want good pizza? Call this Pizza Hut! Now!

This is by far the best of Pizza Hut franchise operations. The crew, management, and professionalism is the best. The couple mishaps due to app problems were taken care of immediately and with a smile. The Pizzas are all terrific! From thin and hand tossed to my favorite pan, all are created with care and finished off perfectly. I tried several others in the area and for 14 years, this is the best.

I ordered lunch online, it said it would take 14 minutes. Once I got there the service sucked they were rude and my food was not ready so I had to wait. I ordered the wings extra crispy. I went back to my office and once I started to eat it the chicken was uncooked an bloody!!! Disgusting!!! I am going to report this!!!

usually good. This last week they were 23 minutes late with my online order for pick up. forgot the breadsticks. kids were screwing around the whole time i waited. one bite of my pizza had a frozen piece of bacon which had to have been put there after cooked. I will never go back.

I called and told them my address and they said they didnt deliver to me and was very rude about the whole situation. I wouldnt go there just because of the service. The other Pizza Hut was very kind and told me that this Pizza Hut said they dont deliver because they were lazy.

Dispute the pizza being undercooked, their customer service was adequate. An employee named Gemery I believe was very sincere and helpful. She listened to my complaint and fixed the problem. She has showed more leadership than their current manager.

Trash service the manager Diego was very rude when I walked in, I waited for someone to come to the cashier for about 10 min. Pizza was not cooked fully through.

Nice place, orders are ready on the given time and delivery is also fast. They open late so it is always possible to have a pizza party at midnight.
