DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! This evening I ordered TWO pizzas; one BBQ Chichen and one pizza with half Mushroom/Sausage and half Pepporoni/Bacon. First thing that went wrong, they only delivered the BBQ Chicken pizza. OOPPSSS.... Well, when I called Pizza Hut, they offered a $10.00 discount on a future order. (Why on earth would I want more of Pizza Huts poor service.) Our second pizza arrived 35 minutes later. When my family finally sat down to have dinner and I who CANNOT EAT PORK begin eating the BBQ CHICKHEN pizza we discovered it was covered with BACON. When I called the location this time, and spoke with AMY, the manager. She offered to re-make the pizza for me. Im thinking she kidding - right? Well, I gave it a shot. She repeated the order back INCORRECTLY FOUR TIMES. With inquiries such as "do you want BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce and my personal favorite, "we have a speciality BBQ CHICKHEN pizza that comes with bacon, do you want it with or without the bacon?" (No, Im not making this up.). As soon I recover from what will be a night of certain food poisoning, I will be contacting my lawyer. Eat here at own risk!!!

This small Pick-up and Delivery establishment is not one I can recommend. I ordered the pizzas online for pick-up and waited the 25 minutes before picking up. When I got there I was behind 5 other parties waiting for their orders and no one was at the counter to greet me or take an order. 3 minutes later someone finally appeared and had no idea what he had left to do and could not answer anyones questions without leaving for a minute or two and then coming back. The pizza was OK but not worth the time it took.

They said they called 5 times, left a voicemail. Phone was dead so I just expected to hear the door knock or the doorbell ring. Nothing. Woman on the phone couldnt even give me a straight answer as to if the driver actually knocked, so they took my order back and were going to charge me AGAIN to "make a new order" when they could come back and deliver it properly. I know its hot and summertime, but please come to the door to deliver my order. Bye, Felicia.

Nothing against the staff... they worked hard and the pizza was done early but, pizza hut has gone down hill and fast. The pizza sauce tastes of nothing but preservatives and they try to cover it up with sodium. It tastes good goin down but jeeze... I dont know a single person whos stomach does not get hit hard by a universally greasy pizza hut pizza. Could you guys offer a fresh & organic line plz?

Every time I call they get my order wrong. I asked for bone-in, I get breaded. Little to no curdled cheese on my pizza. Wtf? Never ordering from here again.
