Let me start off by saying I cant judge the food, because I never got to eat any of it. It was a very simple order. The spaghetti with marinara, and the cheese ravioli. We ordered it online and went to go pick it up. The gentlemen up front were friendly. I waited about 15 minutes altogether. No complaints. Well, I get home, and I discover that my cheese ravioli is actually meat ravioli, and the spaghetti had meatballs in it. Both me and my girlfriend being vegetarians, there wasnt much we could do with the situation. Now I understand, people make mistakes. Im fine with that. I make mistakes as well. But the customer service we recieved while trying to correct out order was horrid. We called and we told them "hey, this is what we ordered, this is what we recieved, could we come up there and get the right food?" So first, we were informed that theyre out of cheese ravioli. So they couldnt offer us that. I guess kitchen staff gets to make the executive decision to change my cheese ravioli to meat without consulting me? Thats cool. Then, comes the meatball fiasco. When my girlfriend told the guy that they added meatballs to her spaghetti (which is ironic in about two ways), he informs her "Well. I dont want to tell you that your wrong, but if you ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce, it should not have meatballs on it." Why thank you sir! I am aware, that my vegetarian spaghetti, should not have the rotting flesh of an animal on it! So at this point we ask for a refund. Because half of our order is unavailable, and the other half somehow magically materialized meatballs that werent supposed to be there, we were already home and microwaving bagel bites to fulfill our craving for italian. But alas, they could not offer us our refund, because we ordered it online. The whole ordeal was just laughable, it was so bad. So please, save yourself the trouble, go to Pizza Hut.

WOW is all i need to say .... The new owners are just the best, I mark this as the best Italian Pizza Kitchen in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA !!!!! This co takes the time to make sure the they carry the best of the best and freshest of fresh ingredients as well as crazy amazing customer service, and if i could i would give this amazing authentic Italian cuisine 1000000 STARS if i can ..... much love and good eating thank you Jason Jay

I was so embarrased being italian myself to eat such crap that was made by these folks,fresh they told me? it was not!! at least the la sagna you get at a super mkt.is much better,,,and I told everyone in our apt complex about it......they take my word for it too...as far as I,m concerned and the rest of the folks they will not order from them...and the proof is still in my fridge....a grade A rating? thats bull...would I like a refund on my money?......keep it!! with me around grading your food you,l need it!! made me sick to my stomach.....

Cada vez que voy a este restaurante me sorprendo mas de la calidad que ofrecen. Por otra parte el queso que utilizan no es nada graso. Algo muy importante para mi. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The lady who took the order was polite and nice. However, everything from there onwards was not so positive . The pizza was delivered over an 1.20mts later after 3 calls to the store. Delivery time was 45 minutes. When it arrived the pizza was not cut Taste was ok.

I have been ordering from Italian Pizza kitchen for a few months. The food has been very good. The pizzas are always delivered hot and the sauce is really tasty. I really like their lasagna too.

The food is great here, you really get a sense of quality in every bite. The pizzas are amazing, great toppings. Better deals. Cheap and quick deliveries. I highly recommend these guys.

Food is great. One could taste the effort put into making the pizza. Had the deluxe special the first time; highly recommended. Its one of the more clean food establishments in the valley
