I order 1 large pizza and 2 orders of cheese sticks. I was told that it would take an hour and I was fine with that. What I was not fine with was when the delivery person got here, there was only 1 order of cheese sticks and the pizza which were burned! I called the place and the person who took my order said that it would be another 55 min to remake my order. I told him to void my order. Don t waist your time at this location. This Pizza Hut really knows how to f@$* up an order!!

The worst service ever thanks to Kimberly. Kimberly has to be the most incompetent person ever to have a job. We called to complain about the pizza being over cooked and wings under cooked, pink in the middle. Her reply was for us to call back and speak to her when she wasnt so busy. Rude and rushed off the phone without getting any information. I say if you cant handle the heat Kimberly get out of the kitchen Just another chain that doesnt care about their customers

Its sad to see all these negative comments about this place. I am a current employee working with this location and a lot of issues that have came up are not the fault of the employees that work there. Marinara sauce comes naturally cold. Delivery time is high all the time because its Venice and we usually dont have enough employees working. Hopefully this year will be different for all of you and you give this location another shot. unbelievable, First the time on the online order said 22 minutes so 1hour and 15 minutes later a luke warm pizza showed up. Online it said that I was buying a liter of soda and the guy showed up with a small bottle and said thats all he saw in the order.... I snapped a photo of the order to show him and he said it didnt matter what was in the photo he brought what was in the system. Total bate and switch. Worst pizza hut ever.

Last time i made a review here u can see it below, it was terrible service, and terrible delivery time, so this time ,delivery time on a Wednesday was a hour , so we went to pick it up. What a joke, rude service, took 30 minutes for the order to be done, and then I wanted to kick myself for being so stupid for again going here...Next time its Dominos...Do yourself a favor and dont waist your time... Sad but true... good luck

Ordered at 7:55PM on-line for delivery. At 9:27PM called to see why my order was not delivered. After being on hold for 5 minutes the manager comes on the phone and apologizes for the delay. She explained that they had taken my order to someone elses home. She said she was willing to make another order and deliver in 30 minutes ...... This is so ridiculous. 2 hours later I hope we get our order.

On more than one occassion, delivered pizza came cold. Delivery person never has crushed pepper and parmesan cheese packets on them even when I specifically asked for it in the order. Called to complain and people working there dont seem to care. Told them I was taking my business else where and their response was "OK"...

Food is fine, guys who work there are rude and not cool! They act like they are too good to serve you and they dont like their job, well guess what Pizza Hut guy? Thats your job! you know who you are, owner of this place beware of the guys you work for you,read the reviews, we all hate your guys!

Took over two hours to get food that was overcooked and cold. Delivery guys was also rude. I tried calling a few times to cancel the order when I noticed the email they sent me said it would take 2 hours, but I was never able to get through to anyone.

Disappointed they got the crust order wrong on my $10 any pizza deal. Didnt appreciate the crew making a joke about it rather than giving me a discount or something other than the offer to wait another 15 minutes.

Cold pizza 2 separate orders. Order took over an hour both times I ordered. I made it a point to let them know that my last order was cold . It didnt matter and the manager didnt seem to care.
