I wasnt born with enough middle fingers for the staff at Tehachapi Pizza Hut! Their online website keeps erroring when it comes time to pay the bill and thats after arguing for half an hour over what we woud like on our pie. When I called the store, their clerk refused to honor their online deal. I was given over to a fifteen year child with an attitude who also refused to honor their online deal. Both were extremely rude and snarky. Never pays to be polite to the under-trained and uneducated. I will spend my money somewhere else. Locally too.

Made an online order for store pick up. Was told it would be ready at 6:33. My wife arrived at 6:30 and was told it would be 6 minutes. 10 minutes later she asked about order. The employee went into the back and would not come out! 15 minutes later she said she wanted to cancel the order and was told it was ready(finally), with no explanation or apology. Both pizzas had one topping missing. Will NEVER use this store again. Brand also very low on my list.

I go off reviews for may places we visit and eat. Pizza Hut Pizza will always be Pizza Hut Pizza, not the greatest but sometimes its fills that crave. They are the only ones open late so that I like but normally there is only 1 guy taking orders and making pizzas. So when I go in I normally wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. It just is what it is, if you are looking for an amazing pizza you probably wont find one for $11.99.

Purchased the $10 Dollar Box, at first was excited at the deal but then realized the food was absolutely terrible. The pizza was nearly inedible with plenty of unknown substances within and the breadsticks tasted like cardboard. Will not be purchasing anything through Pizza Hut again.

COLD ASS PIZZA!!!!!!!!! SO UPSET!!!!! I just got my pizza delivered right now and it sucked so bad. I took an hour and half to get here and it was cold!!! Im so upset and when I called to reorder sombody hung up on me while I was put on hold. Totally disappointed and sad :(

Never delivered on time, often cold. Incompetent employees will do as little as possible "to make it all better" do yourself a favor order Papa Jons. They put more cheese on your pizza anyway.
