They have the worst service. I faxed an order and said that I would pick up my order at 11:30. I get there at 11:40 and wait 5 minutes for somebody just to acknowledge me and ask the name on the order. My order was not ready so I had to still wait. This is the 2nd time that I have faxed an order and have had to wait more then 5 minutes to get my order. They did not apologize at all for being late and waiting. I understand that they get busy but if they are that busy, they should have more then 2 people making the fax orders. I will not be going back to this Chipotle! Also, their chicken is burnt! I would not eat the chicken unless you liked blackened chicken

This is one of my favorite locations. I order lunch here a lot and just use the app, my food is ready for me once I get in so I dont need to wait in line. They once messed up an order of mine but made up for it with a free meal on my next visit. Brandy has always helped me out and even gives me follow up calls to make sure my order was just as expected, which is really cool. Kudos to Brandy and the rest of the Chipotle team here!

This is an average Chipotle, with fairly fast service and decent quality foodstuffs. Employees are usually friendly. One star removed for the lack of parking during lunch hour. Marination on the chicken is hit or miss. Most of the time it is not marinated much at all. It is 5 minutes from work so I still occasionally visit. But, if I have time, I drive to the one on Reseda.

I love this place for so many reason. 1.The food is alwasy good always on point. 2.The staff is always nice and alert. 3.They serve you a good portion of any meat you ask not like other places where you have to ask for a little more. 4.Im almost there everyday except one day a week. 5.Once you become family they will take care of you at the best ;) #likeme #thedoublechickenguy

This is seriously the best Chipotle location I have ever been to! Mind you, Ive been to many locations which I am not to proud to admit -__- lol Ryan is always on top of everything and the staff is always so friendly! Im not sure what it is but my food always tastes so much better from this location.. Love it and will stay a Loyal Customer to them :P

Two beautiful women in front of me got the most overfilled bowls Ive ever seen. Mine, barely half full. I asked for extra lettuce and the guy just sprinkled a few pieces on. Maybe if I were a woman I would get better service.

Worst Chipolte experience. Ended up having to request my money back. They were out of rice. Chicken was burned to charcoal. Felt sick the rest of the day after eating half a burrito. Wont be going back.

When I am in the area I go here every couple months. The food is delicious. They have lots of options when you are at the order line. You can have everything just your way. There is a Starbucks right next door.
