This chipotle is a nightmare. I rarely venture to this one, my usual chipotle is in northridge, I was the next person in line and it took 9 minutes for me to be able to place my order since they were prioritizing all of the phone orders as the line grew. As I made my order, I received a half spoon of rice, a half spoon of pinto beans, with a splash of steak. My girlfriend ordered a steak quesadilla before I ordered...which they forgot about until it was our turn to pay. Total ticket time from front of the line to completed ticket? 16 minutes. Most managers would rage if their crew produced such slow times.

Its Chipotle! Its fresh! Its delicious! This restaurant in particular is pretty good. The line wasnt very long and I was able to get my food in its normal quick and easy fashion. Ive always like chipotle, especially since its all organic and food with integrity. The service was good as always, and everyone was really nice. When it got busy later, they got through the line pretty fast. The service was overall really good, but then again, its chipotle, and its great food, but its got a price to it!

I work at a corporate office and myself and 8 other people ordered Chipotle for lunch. The online ordering system is SO easy, even for people who have never had it before... you can look at pictures and everything! The order was made quickly and was ready to go when we got there. The people working at the Chipotle were really nice and curtious. Everyone one of the orders was done correctly and it was so convenient well deffinately do it again. Especially since it was only $6 a person! What a deal!

Wondering why we didnt try this place sooner! Its in our neighborhood, and we find the food to be delicious and well-prepared - many veg options which suit my friends choices; the wild mushroom fajitas were really tasty. Generous portions, good cocktails, delicious desserts and an overall good vibe from Eric and the rest of the staff. So glad to have a solid go-to mexican in the hood!

This used to be one of my weekly menu item place. Now moved little bit so this place is bit far. Still i love this place. Chipotle daily menu with Sofritas available for vegetarians. place is just close to freeway exit, staff is usually friendly. Much cleaner. nice private sofas for small groups are also there in ally. Overall good place to hangout and dine.

No real Mexican restaurant charges extra for chips. But at Chipotle you can get a tiny bag with 12 chips for $1, even when you have also paid about $2 for a little portion of guacamole. Also, they would attract more business with free chips than with that confusing rewards program.

Great food and if you order ahead time its alwaus instant. Although it gets packed at times tthe food is immaculate. I love the whole concept of locally grown food and happy pigs. Thats what makes chipotle a beautiful thing. They also are not a franchise. Never have and never will.

This place is great!!! The food, service, price and ambiance were all really good. Its gourmet Mexican and they are doing it right. The only 2 dings, it smelled of trash near the bathroom and they need a few more cocktail choices on the menu. I will go back soon!

Even though the line might be long for lunch and dinner... it is definitely worth it. At our current economy the food is priced right. It is a cool place to eat some burritos-- make sure to ask for extra salsa.

Its the usual Chipotle, just slower and louder. Theres something bad with the acoustics there. Plus every lid has to be slammed and every knife loudly slammed back down. The employees must be deaf by now.

I dont go to chipotle anymore because it got old for me but it had me hooked for 2 years. Burritos are delicious as hell! Salsa stays spicy and delicous! I will always love this location!
