Great hidden gem in the city of Carson!!! My office is within walking distance of this place so I remember when it used to be a quiznos there. They are actually way better than quiznos because it is real authentic sandwiches which is hard to find these days. I have had the grilled cheese with avocado and bacon and the turkey club and both were amazing! The owner James is a great guy too thats who actually made my sandwich. I have brought a few of my clients and they are addicted. Bonus is that they have thai iced tea!!! I definitely am a fan of supporting local business and everyone in the carson area should support this great establishment at least once a week.

We ordered the American hoagie which was hearty good the bread was dried out though. Now for the bad news, the chilli was swimming in grease, the 2.99 small portion of Itilian pasta flavorless grocery crap, the soup of the day thin fishy clam chowder, and the garlic bread looked like a ruffles potato chip. I took three bites and it was so so chewy my jaw was aching ! Wow people so over priced too ! No wonder the delivery guy dident wait for a tip !

The items here have a urban based name. I had the DTLA hot sandwich and it was delicious. Subtle enhancements to the traditional pastrami, its offered with cole slaw and served with Swiss. The DUI Dog is also a favorite offered with our without onions. Everything looked good, so Ill have to try a different item next time which isnt a bad thing!

I was excited to try the Chets Way version of the Cincinnati chili. I was pretty disappointed. The chili tasted like Hormel chili and even though the menu says "shredded cheddar cheese" it was covered in a canned cheese sauce. The noodles were over cooked, and the pastrami was just kind of blah.

We order sandwiches from here weekly, great food. The combo dip is my weakness for sure, along with a good selection of Zappos potato chips. Breakfast sandwiches are also quick and fresh for the morning bite.
