I wish I could give it NO stars. I have had REPEATED bad experiences with THIS taco bell location. As a result I drive a bit further to the taco bell on Marconi just to avoid this one. THIS location is consistently CHEAP. The owner is clearly cheap. I repeatedly get: 1. STALE DRY flour tortilla around burritos ... they are clearly from prior day & should have been thrown out. 2. They charge 10 cents for a cup of water ... so you pay for cup. NO other taco bells do this. 3. They have much SMALLER portions for all items I buy (e.g., burritos, taco supreme) AND smaller side orders (e.g., sour cream or guacamole in the small plastic containers). 4. My favorite taco bell item is the "smothered burrito" & I buy it at several locations & love it. This location does something weird with the "smother" sauce & it is just HORRIBLE ... it ruins this dish completely. Thus, even though I do all my shopping in this shopping center. I must drive to the taco bell on Marconi just to avoid THIS very bad taco bad. Its a shame. I wish a NEW owner would buy this location & just offer the standard good basic taco bell items but this owners choices are SO CONSISTENTLY BAD ... it ruins the normally positive taco bell experience. Just a cheap bad owner for this location & it slaps you in the face. I normally do not post reviews but when I keep getting bad experiences from this one location. I felt I had to warn others.... and I wish it would change its business practices so I did not have to drive further to another taco bell just to avoid this one.

Used to be my favorite Tacobell. Went there at least every other day if not more. One morning I went after dropping of my daughter at school to get my regular order of the morning which is beefy Frito burrito no rice beans instead of bf and grilled... Well as I start to place my order I can hear to people in the back ground starting talking poorly about me.. One goes "oh hell no" and starts saying profanity , the other said "this lady again".. I was so upset I told person taking my order I wont be back.. I am a GM of another Tacobell.. This was completly upsetting as its my favorite Tb and I only order one burrito..come on guys we can do better... We are getting paid to help customers... And should appreciate and keep loyal ones..

Well I hate to really talk bad about a place but this time they really pissed me off. Their nachos bell grande was the worst I have ever eaten. There was so little of everything including cheese it felt like I was just eating chips that were old and dried out. The time it took to get the food was way to long for any restaurant standards. I will never go back to this one again.

I use to really like the cantina burritos until they just kept getting smaller and smaller and tonight I decided to get one and the burrito literally had like one peice of chicken and all I ate was lettuce guac and sour cream.. I am very disappointed.

As for all Taco Bells, you know what youre dealing with. This place wasnt too busy, had friendly service although they did forget to give me change! Very quickly sorted out though after a good laugh. The place was very clean and very fast service.
