I dont quite know whats happening to the Burger King at Fair Oaks & Engle in Carmichael California, but let me tell you what folks, I have seen a sharp decline in both customer service and cleanness! In the past couple years of using this Burger King I was stunned by what I saw and heard yesterday while eating there. There was a black female employee on one of her breaks I guess. She was outside the main entry doors, right in front, on her cell phone having a very inappropriate conversation! Whoever she was talking to she was yelling bad words that I cant even put here because Google wouldnt allow it! Lets just safely say that there were a lot of "F-bombs" bring dropped amongst other things. This employee was angry with the person she was talking to. Several people outside came into the restaurant and tried to notify management, one person was bluntly told by the manager that theres nothing she could do about it, the employee was off the clock on break, she cant tell an employee on break what to do! Other various people were coming in with their children, looking stunned and trying their best to shelter their kids from the employee! Needless to say that this situation has made me be a "former Burger King patron"! I will not eat at this particular restaurant again!

Wrong food. Rude employees. Lettuce was rotting. Fries cold. Drinks needed changing so the soda tasted like sparkling water. Custom service in Sacramento is 8/10 horrible! If u dont like ur job then quit. There is no such thing as the customer is always right if they are wrong, the manager should step in n make it right. Its a supply & demand. Really not hard becuz I was in customer service for 15 years. A smile goes a long way. I will never eat here again. Btw I had it delivered n everything was just the way u see in on the menu :/ get it together BK

I went to a different BK up the road (7025 fair oaks blvd.) looking for a spicy chicken sandwich - the only thing I will eat off their menu except fries - and they told me theyd "run out" of the spicy chicken patties. So I left, drove to the next BK down the road, ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and when I got home discovered that Id been burned, they were not spicy chicken they were something else. Apparently spicy chicken sandwiches have been discontinued but this establishment deliberately miscarried my order instead of being honest.

If there was an option for negative stars this would be the place to get it. After giving the cashier $100 bill she shorted me $10. I asked for the difference owed to me. After much attitude the manager came and said the drawer was not short and she gave the money from her own pocket...with even more attitude. I will be contacting the district manager to see if we can have her attitude changed or removed as I believe she is the reason this place gets very very low stars. I believe she or the other employees are steeling the money.

They made my food wrong I told him at the window but handed it to me anyways so I had to go back inside and they refuse to make my food the right way They just added to what they had already given me and barely put any ketchup or mustard on my burgers and they were sloppy and rude people I will never go back to that Burger King again and all the meat was burnt I have gone there for most of my life but now this place has just turned upside down with all the different employees

If I could give no star I would. Worst bk ever! Got my entire order messed up, then when I brought it in she tried to tell me the minuscule amour of mayo I got WAS heavy mayo bs she also didnt put cheese on it and my fish sandwich heavy tarter had not one drop. They refunded my money but the overall attitude was crap and I will drive to another one if I want bk again.

Hateee the service here, no matter if its in drive thru or walk in. They littery put u in bad mood right away. 1: they take for ever for just some large fries and a chicken sandwich 2: waited patiently and calmed for my other for like around 15-20mins for what so they can get a chicken sandwich wrong.. 3: they screwed up my order so I had to wait 5-10 more mins

I ordered the fish meal. The fries was cold. The bottom bun was hard. Even there was 2 holders for napkins, there was none. The dining area was messy. They had trash in the work area. I asked for hot fries and got a mean look. I dont understand why this place is so bad, they had 9 people working. I would not recommend this place. Time entered 3p

This place is understaffed the same person running the front counter runs the window took 25 minutes to go through drive thru that is a crazy amount of time. The only thing fast food about this place was the sandwich which looks like it was just slapped on together and wrapped. Half of the lettuce fell out as soon as I opened the package.

We have stopped at this location a few times now. Food comes out great, but the customer service needs some severe overhaul. When you arrive to the drive thru window, a customer expects more that "what do you want?" As your greeting. Management, please work with your staff and you could actually have a good franchise store.

id like the employees to step up when someone is being harassed or annoyed or even being obnoxious to other costumers. i have been there 3 times since moved into my new place and i see it every time i go in they need to star kicking people out because they will and probably have lost a lot of customers.

The worse I got a 5 piece buffalo wing. And I got two small pieces ive ever seen like they broke it in half. How messed up. And they hire anybody as long as they can get orders messed up. And only take care of their peoples. We are customers. Not their peoples

The service at Burger King was very very polite the employees were very attentive and the food was very good. I enjoy the whole experience I have nothing bad to say about Burger King I will return again and again and again thank you

Seems to be both, although the commercials for BK advertise "flame fresh taste" it seems that they MICROWAVE nearly every sandwhich when it has been off the broiler for too long, too much more to say about this establishment.

Went on Sunday afternoon, the "fries" werent even fries they were like soggy mashed potatoes in stick form. Everything else was just ok but didnt get my receipt so I didnt bother going back about the crappy fries.

Even 1 star is to much for this store!!! Th inside is always dirty. Orders placed in drive thru told to pull around and they will bring you your food I only to make you get out of the car and go in.

They search far and wide for the dumbest and trashiest retards of this town to work the drive through. Dont bother going inside, youll have to wade through all the trash on the floor. Gross.
