Absolutely horrible!! I have a severe food allergy to peanuts and walnuts. I asked the girl if there were any nuts in their Brownie a la mode and she said no theres no nuts then asked if I had an allergy. I went ahead and got it because the worker clearly said no theres no type of nut. While I was eating it, I bit into a walnut, my throat then began to burn and itch extremely bad. I then went to ask for my money back and asked to check their allergy list they told me that nuts arent listed. If you or anyone you know has a food allergy I suggest you stay away from here.

Cant go wrong with haagen-dazs! Decent amount of options, nothing too crazy. Located in a super posh mall. The guy who helped us had a bad attitude though, which is why I give it a 3 stars. He seemed angry we were there and when we said thank you he didnt say anything back.

Shopped by for Free Cone Day which was great, nothing better than free icecream. Staff was friendly, icecream was great, especially liked the coffee and chocolate peanut butter icecream. Nice to sit outside on a warm evening in the food court area.

Terrible customer service. The employees (emphasis on Olivia) are rude, disorganized, and dont take ownership for messing up orders nor make any attempt to make it right. The shake doesnt make up for the bad taste they leave in your mouth.

Ive always been a fan of haagen dazs ice cream, but I think Ill stick to buying it at a grocery store, going to the actual shop wasnt really special or anything its just the same thing
