The ice cream is so delicious! They definitely have a lot of flavors and a wide variety of yummy food choices to pick from. Unfortunately they havent figured out that they need someone to permanently man the cash register. Sometimes it isnt clear where the line begins. They arent very efficient at carrying out the customers food orders, hence the long lines. And sadly, the customer service is gruesome. The employees arent friendly and they seem to be in a bad mood all the time. Theres a lot of room for improvement, so hopefully they get their act together.

IVE TRIED THIS ESTABLISHMENT TWICE. BOTH TIMES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! THE WOMEN THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. THEN WHEN I ADDED TO MY ORDER THE WOMEN WERE UPSET BECAUSE THEY HAD TO DO EXTRA WORK. ISNT IT THEIR JOB TO MAKE WHATEVER I ORDER? I SPENT OVER $50, THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE HAPPY AT THAT. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY BIONICO BECAUSE I REFUSE TO EVER EAT AT LA MICHOACANA EVER AGAIN!

They have a large variety of ice cream flavors, all of which seem to taste fresh. Those who like gelano are sure to like the ice cream, worth trying At Least. My favorites are the popsicles they have, very delicious and they taste fresh and good as well! They have plenty of other types of Mexican treats as well, ice cream sundays, cheetos, nachos, mangoniadas, lots of delicious trests. No complaints!

I dont care if they have all the ice cream in the world. Worst service ever. Ive been in line for an hour and 15 minutes and they have managed to move 3 people thought the line. There are 3 employees (working). They need a manager here who makes this place work with a pace. People are walking out because this is soo ridiculous.

My husband went for mangoneadas mine came almost in half is the second time that serve us well and asked for an ear of corn for my nina without chile gave him one which he cleaned up by ensima cream cheese and chili to flip was prepared iso differently so we see that they cleaned it and gave it so

Sucks that the place is so good but the manager doesnt capitalize on the traffic walking in. You have 20 people line and I watch 5 leave just because you choose not to hire more based on business? That was in a 10 minute time frame Way to go on customer service and making your poor employees take the heat for it! Smh

They have a plethora of ice cream flavors and styles to choose from. My favorite is the mangoneeda with mago and watermelon ice cream ( its like a chili fruit dazzler) and the Ferrero Rocher ice cream tastes just like the candy. There is a long wait from I mean its great ice cream. Service/ customer service is ok

Pmsing ladies that work there they need to smile and greet you ! They never put fresh mango on the mangoneadas they dont add the bits of tamarindo like in other michocanas they also forgot to put the tamarindo straw last time ! The other time they gave me the straw and it was small i ordered a large!!

I always come to this place for ice cream and get the same thing all the time until today, I had to return and give them back the ice cream because it had hair in it and the lady tried to say it was the mango. Every bite you took all you can taste is the hair on your tongue and teeth. Good luck peeps

With all the new store locations its easy to get great ice cream at a really good price. The amount of flavors they have is great and its always fun to get new things. The churro split was a great choice, I would definitely get it again!

Bad I ordered a mangoneada it didnt have the pieces of mango plus like gummy candy to top it with the ice cream was really watery not stiff like other times not coming to this one ever il continue to drive to the one in Moreno valley

I had my only experience with Mexican style ice cream here. They have lots of dufferent kinds of ice cream and snacks. i have tried a couple of them but actually I didnt like them that much. (Maybe I didnt make a good choice though)

Fresh cheap fruity ice cream. The best in the area. Lines get annoying now since they dont just let you go up to the ice cream bars anymore; you gotta go in line for ALL order types.
