Stood in line until it ended and then stood their not knowing the line was for purchased pick-up until another patron came in and went to the counter right next to me and one of the 6 servers welcomed him and took his order. I moved in behind him and ordered from the posted menu 1 16oz. Carmel Macchiato with one extra shot of espresso and one extra shot of carmel. The server said I couldnt have an extra shot of carmel because they were running out and needed it for the other customers. ??? I was paying for the items they offered on the menu and I was a customer. She refused to fill my order and insisted she couldnt add any extra carmel. I rarely visit Starbucks even though it is right across the street and I know now I wont be going back. I make my own coffee just fine.

Worst customer service. Employees talk "crap" out loud about customers while others around, act immaturely while in presence of customers and the store manager is in my opinion horribly managing the store ad does not deserve her position. I have had many friends that were employed there and have been discriminated against, harassed, insulted while their performance was top notch and the manager would not care of any side of their story only what her "favorites" say. I recommend never to give business to this store and make the trip across town to the coach lane store where they care about their maturity, employees etc. not just a fake smile and remembering regulars orders.

Very poor service, employees dont seem to know what they are doing, they are yelling across the store abruptly, and poorly serving their customers, a man in front of me stood and waited for a good five minutes after he ordered his order with his money ready to be taken, as the employee left his money on the counter and went to make his drink before he payed for it, and luckily I know my order and how much it costs because the employee not only charged me extra for my drink, but she also forgot to take off the personal cup fee, its a positive environment though, so I guess it gets that much.

This location is terrible! Ive never been treated so rudely before! They made one of our drinks wrong & when I told her she rolled her eyes & made me feel like I was the jerk. So when I realized they over charged me for our drinks I didnt bother bringing it up because I knew they would only make me feel worse! I will never be returning to this location again & I warn anyone who is thinking of going to this Starbucks I am not the only one who has had this experience at this location. Go to the Starbucks in Placerville its only a few minutes away & the people are kind & they do a great job!!

This Starbucks is the worst one I have ever been to. I kept trying to go back, give it another chance, but it just gets worse. There is ONE barista there that knows what they are doing and how to correctly make your order. The rest talk crap about customers (thinking people cannot hear them behind the glass at the drive thru) and dont pay attention to what you are ordering and they dont know how to make it correctly when you tell them more than 2-3 times. Would LOVE to see entirely new management and new employees to turn this location around and make it great again.

Went through the drive thru. Asked the lady at the window if I can still earn points by paying with cash but having my phone "card" scanned and she said "it isnt worth it for me to scan your phone." So i said can you do a quick reload then (i was already to the pay screen and everything) and she told me no, grabbed my phone scanned the barcode and asked me for my money. Later that day it showed up on my history as a $0.00 purchase so i didnt get my points for the drinks i purchased. She was not customer friendly at all and i wont be going back to that location.

Horrible Starbucks. Ive had the worst experiences here. Their customer service has much to be desired. Every single time I order a drink without whip, they end up putting whip on it anyways, even with the sticker on the cup saying no whip. And when confronted, they just scrape it off and give it back with the cup dripping with liquid. I would rather drive to the next closest Starbucks than go here anymore. If you have a special order of any kind be sure to check it, and expect just modification of the item for a fix.

Ive had a lot...a lot...of iced caramel macchiatos in my life and this location made the best one Ive ever had yesterday! Granted I probably cant remember all of them but its been a long time since its been that good. Whoever was the Batista in drive thru at around 11:45 on 3/15/17, you rock!

I always order a peach green tea lemonade or just tea with lemonade and they NEVER give me the lemonade so I always have to go back in and ask them to remake it and they get super rude about it. Never have this kind of service at other Starbucks.

Unfortunately Im finding Starbucks less and less organized. Im seeing more people discussing there coffee selection for several minutes while the line grows and grows. I dont see where Starbucks has a solution for this annoying problem

I have given this starbucks so many chances. As much as we pay for a cup of coffee you would think you would get more coffee than ice. Seriously !! You will eventually lose cusomers if this is how you continue to make your drinks

I HAVE USED THE DRIVE THROUGH SEVERAL TIMES over the past few years. It is farther for me than the highway 50 Starbucks, but that one does not have a drive through. They are a little slow, but I have never had a wrong order.

The employees are super friendly and honestly havent had a more positive Starbucks experience then here. There are some people who come in and make a fuss but the crew seems to handle that politely and professionally as well.

Any Starbucks that has a drive thru is an automatic 5 star in my book. Aside from that, everything is pretty standard and the employees are friendly. The inside is clean and there is outside seating as well.
