We were at the Brea mall on an errand and were parked right outside the Red Lobster and had a long drive home, so we considered stopping in. I called to find out if there would be a wait, because we decided we would eat at home if we couldnt be seated immediately. Luckily, they said there would be no wait for 2 people. We walked straight over and they tried to hand us a pager for when our name was called. I said we had just called in and been told that there was no wait for 2 people. The host said that for the past 15 minutes, people had been waiting. I pulled out my phone to show him that I had only talked to someone four minutes prior. He continued to argue with me. A hostess walked by and offered to seat us. By this point my husband just wanted to leave but we went ahead and were seated. There were numerous empty tables set, and this was a Saturday night. The server herself was very friendly, but when my meal arrived, it was missing some items that I had to request, and the server dropped a straw on the floor then picked it up and put it on our table. If they do that in front of their customers, I am concerned about what they do when we are not looking. The seafood was the expected quality and reasonable for the price. They should do more for their customer service.

We almost here for any of our family members birthday and we were recently here for my dads and our server was excellent , and today we here for my mothers birthday and unfortunately our server is very confuse, PLEASE NITE THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE REATAURANT, THE RESTAURANT IS AMAXING AND THE FOOD DELICIOUS BUT OUR SERVER JOCELYN SHE JUST KEEPS GIVING US EVERYTHING WRONG, the drinks were wrong , she forgot two salads and we had it to remind her, my dad asked if they had peach ice tea and she said yes Ill bring you raspberry ice tea, wait what? My dad asked for peach ice tea and if they dont have any is ok but dont bring whatever you want , she brings the second round of drinks n they are all wrong!!! I wanted my mom to have fun and unfortunately shes just mad n my order just came and Wowww is wrong !!! This is ridiculous !!!! JOCELYN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING !!!!

hello there,put it this way! just wanted you to know this place is the worst place Ive ever been for the three lb. lobster costing $90.00 it was cold, and not cooked enough. they took it back to re-steam,it wouldnt even come out of the shell.( that really mess up my birthday.7/19/14 ) i have a business in lamirada ,and have a great deal of customers and clientele.for over 40 years now that we mention the red lobster chain." VERY BAD REVIEWS" am wondering if the corporate office review theses complaints?? you would think they would try to make some sort of restitution.i guess take don,t care there losing alot of customer not only in brea but all there locations.. signed THE BIG MOUTH

Hmmmmm, nothing like a great meal to finish off a Sunday... We were seated within 15min, everyone treated us like royalty. I had the Ultimate feast, lobster melted in my mouth with butter and lemon, breaded shrimp was crispy fresh, crab legs are a challenge but worth it. Rice pilaf was excellent, added some asparagus and it was Great. Also we had shrimp cocktail appetizer which was served chilled on ice, nice fresh, good size shrimp... Sautéed shrimp was good, should not let it remain in butter, take out and place on plate so it doesnt get soggy. I couldnt reccommend a more pleasant place to get Lobster.

I took my mom and my friend out yesterday. We had a ball here. The hosts Jay and Dominique were VERY NICE AND VERY RESPECTFUL. They greeted us with great smiles and they gave us menus while we waited too be seated. They were up on point on everything. I told Dominique about the women restroom and she got on it right away. Our server Chris was a great server. He was on point on everything we ask him for. We ordered teas and he brought us extra ice cuz he seen our ice melted plus he kept checking up on us and made sure our food was nice and hot. Our food were nice and

We came on a fairly busy Saturday night (04/09/2016). From beginning to end, it was an EXCELLENT meal. We were greeted by friendly hosts, seated faster than estimated, and the waiter Alec was awesome. I was apprehensive after reading some Google reviews, but they were dead wrong! Alec was busy, yet he knew how to serve; he multitasked, used team work, and he was able to be attentive. My son and I were celebrating a special occasion, and Alec, and the rest of the team made the visit PERFECT! Thank you!!

I can think of nothing good to say... The fries were underdone, shrimp was overdone. Lobster was bland. Cheddar Bay Biscuits are not the same as they were last time I ate at Red Lobster. There was no discernible cheddar, the last bite I took of it had a ton of garlic salt on it. Service also sucked. The waiter never came around to refill our drinks, and the whole time we were there the staff was running around cleaning up everything, vacuuming, etc.

The New Menu was a dissapointment!! We go to a sea food restaurant for sea food, not all the other added items. On our last visit, of course we had the seafood, but the lobster was very SALTED as well as the shrimp, not able to enjoy our dinner. As a faithful customer we will think again before going to your restaurant.

I took my family out to eat here 5 days ago, and it was a great experience, the staff was so polite, even waiters and waitresses that werent ours, the food was delicious, from our fresh salad to our nice warm meals.... I will definitely travel 25 miles to this restaurant again

My husband and daughter just left this location. They may have been short staffed or something because we did not enjoy the food or service. I have never been to a red lobster before and I wish I hadnt tried it. We will not be returning to this location.

My brothers birthday dinner. 6 pm and seated right away. Nice atmosphere, bathrooms clean. My brother got the New York Strip and lobster and loved it. I got the unlimited shrimp and it was okay. Give it a 7-8. Ask for Patrick, our waiter, did great job.

went to Red Lobster on Monday the 20th and was not as happy with the service as in the past. garlic potatoes AND wild rice I think not! food was mixed up had to send daughters food back and can only say it will be a while before I return

Food presentation and restaurant cleanliness were good, however, customer experience was a bit lacking due to the forgetfulness of the server. Overall a 3.5, therefore, gave benefit of the doubt here that they can do better.

first time me visiting this restaurant, had a great experience, the wait was less than 10 minutes, we had an excellent waiter name Jentsen. The food is superb..cant complain, I would definitely come back to this place again.

Food was good, but when you see five of the on duty service staff more interested in a basketball game playing in the bar, it makes you wonder "wheres the manager?" Thankfully our server was on point and very attentive.
