To start off we are 837 Club members here and regardless if we are first time diners or Club members there is no excuse for the way we were treated. We had a reservation for 7PM. The restaurant bar was full but the restaurant itself was possibly 15% full when we arrived. Plenty of open table and booths. On the notes for the booking we requested a booth. We were long time customers at the West Hollywood location. We arrived on time, the hostess greeted us. She was about to send us to our table when the assistant manager Dragan Ognjanovic and promptly told the gal we could not have the table she was sending us to. He then escorted us to a small table IN THE BAR AREA. FULL OF PEOPLE SEATED AND STANDING. I told him that my husband is hearing impaired and it would be uncomfortable to sit there and plus with a reservation I did not expect to be seated at a table in the bar area. He replied saying...oh youll be fine. After a few minutes the waiter approached us asking if wanted a drink. I replied by saying we needed another table. He said he would check with the hostess. When we arrived one booth on the opposite wall had a party of 2 seated. while we were seated another party was seated at another booth next to them. The same area we requested. After waiting 10 minutes the waiter returned and said the only thing he could offer was a hi top table, AGAIN in the bar area by the front window!!!!! Unbelievable!!! This is how we were treated in a nearly empty restaurant with a reservation. BAD especially with Mastros across the street..Ruths Chris down the street and Flemings around the corner. YOU GUYS MUST BE CRAZY and your manager is a JOKE. We picked up our jackets and left the restaurant and had a fabulous dinner at Ruths Chris...Never to return to this place again. WORD WILL TRAVEL FAST ABOUT THIS.....YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! We dine out 5 days a week and remember THE INTERNET IS A POWERFUL SOURCE OF INFO. YOU WONT LAST LONG. BAD REVIEWS!

I brought my wife here for her 32nd birthday expecting to be wowed and have a fantastic night out in Beverly HIlls. We were quite disappointed. The host was the best thing about the night, very friendly and genuine. After that it went downhill. Our waitress spoke to us like we were 8 years old, using words like "Winey Poo" instead of wine and "din din" instead of dinner. She cracked cheesy jokes the entire time to the point that we were very annoyed and would prefer it if she was no longer at our table. Beyond that the food was over priced. $19 for 3 scallops to start, $65 for a 28 oz Porterhouse (not a terrible steak but not worth $65). The Linguine Fra Diavolo special tasted like spaghetti I could make at home (it did have good shrimp but thats about it). We did see Anderson Cooper there so apparently some celebrities do eat here still but that in no way made up for the overpriced food or the terrible service. The guy that kept bringing us water was pretty funny and nice to be around, he should have been our waiter. We will not be going back to the Palm. For $145 for 2 people ($172 with tip), well be going to Providence next time. Thanks but no thanks to this steakhouse that pretends to be something it definitely is not.

Missing the charm, character, quality and service of the previous location. Noisy, generic box restaurant. My steak arrived rarer than I ordered with gristle throughout. No one came to check on how I and my guests were enjoying our meal. Our server was MIA for 15 minutes. When the server finally returned to clear the dishes and offer us dessert, she seemed oblivious to a nearly uneaten steak. I eventually received an edible steak 20 minutes later. I expect a high-quality restaurant to have staff that are attentive to its guests and notice if something appears wrong. They should notice a diner not enjoying his or her meal and be concerned when they see an uneaten meal. I dont expect staff hovering over the guests, but I shouldnt have to chase down the server or search for a manger to complain. This wasnt the blue plate special at a diner.

I like the new Palm restaurant better than the old location in West Hollywood. Its less cramped and less noisy, so you can actually have a normal conversation with your fellow diners. They are very accommodating- they will make your drink and your meal exactly how you like it. The steak is good- not the very best in town, but there are lots of other menu options, such as chicken parmesan and lots of different fish, to satisfy people who dont want to eat a steak.

Great food... a favorite of the stars! For lunch get there before noon to get good seating. We went for an office lunch and it was perfect timing... the tables filled up quickly after we were seated but the food arrives quickly and is to die for. Even though my coworkers are lobster, my french fries were a hit and everyone ate them! A must try!

I can only say fair, the steak was overcooked (I had ordered rare) , it had good flavor though. The oysters were good as was the Caesar Salad. The waiter was awe full , as he spoke terrible English and we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. For a high end restaurant this is not acceptable

If you want to get lunch with celebrities, this is the spot. The Palm is a storied West Hollywood steakhouse that moved to Beverly Hills once its lease ran out. It is now a mainstay on the Beverly Hills power lunch circuit. For a reasonably priced lunch, order a salad or a burger.

My family had a wonderful dining experience here. The restaurant is nice and the service was good. We had the Lobster and the Veal with mushrooms, both were delicious and flavorful. The desserts are also very delicious. We’ll definitely go here again.

This place is so great and so Beverly Hills. All the beautiful people are here, enjoying great cocktails (Hendricks Gin with a cucumber!) and good food. The bartenders are good, some of the best. No wonder my sister-in-law is there weekly!

Per pound, The Palm has the lowest price of any premium restaurant on their lobster. As far as steak, I eat at Taylors. I only eat lobster here. It is an incredible value and the flavor and preparation is just amazing.

This Palm Restaurant in B. H. is more pricey than the Palm Restaurant in Los Angeles. Being more pricey doesnt necessarily mean better service or better food as this palm restaurant demonstrates. Avoid this place.

The restaurant itself was very nice and beautiful. The food was cooked perfectly and each dish has full of flavor. The service is very good and attentive. I highly recommended eating here! It won’t let you down!

This place is pricey --however for lobster there is no better place in the city. They have specials to watch for where you get 3 courses for the price of one. It is worth the price for a special date night.

Delicious, steak was perfect and tender. On par with Ruths chris, if not a little bit better. Awesome service as well. Will definitely return.
