I love wing stop , I eat there almost every week , but the customer service is horrible, I call in to pick up my food , and they put me on hold for 10 minutes or longer , sometime they hang up . But they still get my order wrong .. but I drew the line when I was waiting for my food and I waited but my name wouldnt get called , almost an hour of wait when I went up and my food was just siting there .... that was my third time that it happens to me ... I sit near the cashier to hear my name clearly .... food is great but they need to work on their costumer service and their team work ...

This location is by the SLOWEST, and WORST customer service ever. Called ahead, gave it time, and still had to wait 20 + after arrival. Its b.s.... Management and owners need to motivate their team or revamp it. Very frustrating. Especially when you are on break, with an allocated time frame. Its not the first time thus happens here either. So pissed!

I ordered the 75 piece four flavor deal. 1. The cashier talked me into not ordering the atomic. 2. Wings were extremely dry 3. Each wing had two, maybe three bites worth of meat 4. Wings were very, very small. 5. Hawaiian wings had a old stale taste. Will not have wings from wing stop for any of my family gatherings.

The secretary broght these wings in on her trip back from lunch. Best damn lwings I ever had. I now need to go in myself to check out what else they have. I would give another star if I knew the prices. If they cost too much I might even take a star away.

The food and place is ok, but the cashier girl that gave me my food was very very rude!!!! She literally threw my receipt and food tray at me, didnt smile, gave me an attitude and did not seem professional about her job!!! Will never come back again!!!

The last night (6/12/ Baldwin Park) we paid $32 and the cashier swiped seven times the credit card and they ended up charging $230, my card was blocked n the manager didnt anything about it... WING.STOP and his managers are SUCKS!!!

Dont bother making over the phone/online orders as they wont have them ready even if you show up 10 minutes later than the time they say your food will be ready. People are nice though.

The service is adequate. Theres usually a wait but at least your wings are made to order. Few beers to chose from which is nice. The lemon pepper fries are great.

Only recommend for their 60 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday! Otherwise, dont bother. Wings are absurdly overpriced!
