Horrible Customer Service! I have eaten at Happy Wok many times in the past but will no longer go back after the experience we had Sunday. We went there for a friends birthday with a large group. Instead of seating us all along the one empty wall tables where we could have sat together (we had 20 people). He sat us at 2 large round tables and one table on the wall. Then when we went to order and told him who was on what check he was extremely rude and told us you should have sit by each other, (hello you seated us this way). He was extremely frustrated and took it out on us the customers. It was very tempting to just get up and walk out but it was our friends birthday so we made the best if a bad situation and laughed it off. The food was good as usual but because of the lack of customer service we will no longer patron this restaurant (thats 20 customers or $200 you could have had on a regular bases)

Excellent food. I love Chinese Food. I will be back again. I was pleased with the flavors & my expectations. They dont hover & allow you your space. You dont need reservations. Even though its in a Stip-Mall setting, I enjoyed eating here.

Had lunch with my family today and enjoyed the food. But when paying my bill the waitress looked at tip and repeated the word "cheap" Maybe if they had better customer service she would not have to say "cheap" dont know I will return

We ordered 4 meals got 3 called for them to bring the one we didnt get the manager came back to argue with us for 10 minutes and did not bring us the meal we spent $57 on 3 lunch specials..... most horrible customers service ever

Worst customer service ever. Food was bland and just ok... They charge for basic white rice and dont tell you when you order takeout. Do not do business with these people. There are better and more honest places around town!

I love Happy Wok, the food is fresh and not greasy, or every taste like it was yesturdays left overs. My take out orders have always been filled fast and accurate; no waiting 30-45 minutes like some others in town.

This is a good, solid Chinese restaurant. I lived in Asia. I think I know Chinese food. Ignore the reviews with terrible service. Ive been to Happy Wok dozens of times. It is always courteous and friendly.

Wonderful menu with some hard-to-find gems like shrimp toast, pork buns (baos) and chow fun. All the old stand-bys are also available. Excellent food, fast service - just all around nice people, too!

We love the Happy Wok. The food is delicious, fresh and plenty. The owners are fun to joke with. We eat there often, in fact our kids kid us that we only have 2 favorite places to eat.
