This is the absolute despicable restaurant experience in my entire life. -10 If I could. This was not a big deal in the beginning but our order was wrong the cashiers front help was very sweet and accommodating fixed it promptly. Now it goes down hill the cashier was cleaning the front of the restaurant and taking orders as soon as she would come out front customers would come in and someone would yell for her to take the order. This became tiresome you are either understaffed or doing something wrong. None of us came to hear someone yelling. At some point my son got sick and tired of the yelling said he was done and leaving he did not finish his food. He went to the front counter and had words with someone and left. I went to get napkins and I could as well as everyone else in the restaurant here a employee asking who was that person the counter girl whom had helped us clearly knew we were together as she had just asked me 1 minute prior when I went to get a bag. I simply stated my son . So as this other person is asking the counter girl looks at me . I said my son and he was raised better then that to have caused whatever was upsetting them. Went back to my table with my elderly parents and my 6 YEAR old grandson three managers approached our table to confront us about my long gone adult son. They started engaging us I explained he was a adult I have zero control of his behavior and he was gone . They continued obviously looking to engage I politely once again said he is a adult please let us eat. Nope now they are all 3 talking at once loudly we now have the entire restaurants attention. One says my son called her the C word and a B word. I said I did not and no one at this table did anything but the entire restaurant just heard Taco Bell employees using both words I stated please stop dont talk like that in front of my elderly parents and a 6 year old, Please leave us alone let us eat. Denied again repeated the words again once aging I say please look at what you are doing in front of a child who is obviously now scared and distressed . He was done eating and clearly upset as were we all . So no one finished eating . It continued I asked for corporates number they state thats fine but say I have to give them my name they never gave me corporates number (google did) they said you all need to leave Im said as soon as we are done eating . Which we obviously were due to the ridiculous altercation. Keeping in mind not one of us had said or done anything we did not approach the counter in any way except for service the person whom had already left was long gone and we had heard nothing we had no idea thats was going on. On another note they had 3 managers etc but one counter girl maybe if one of them had been working front it may not have happened in any business you dont yell across it to get anothers attention simply not acceptable. Then we notice others in the room going back to the counter whom had mistakes as well. I have called corporate I have made a report I will update on this. BTW please review my previous Taco Bell reviews check ins and tips nothing but good. I expect way more then what we just experienced maybe import some employees from other locations.

I wish i could give them less stars ...i went there to eat on 9/16/2016 ...i found a piece of wire like metal in my food ...they kept saying that there was no way it could be there but it was ...Im never eating Taco Bell again ....beware Valley Springs ..this place could potententially hurt you .
