I dont know what it is about counting to 13 for the folks at Panera. They can get to 12 alright though. Whenever I go in to get a bakers dozen of bagels I almost always get stiffed the bakers 13th bagel. I have gone back a few times now to get the last one from that baker. They are always super nice to me when i go back but since it happens so often I think there is a directive or policy or something thats just not right coming from the top. The bagels are good though. Really good.

I could not believe the managers excuse for bad food. I ordered a Turkey BLT, the crust was so tuff you could not bite it....the bread on the Steak/WhteChed Pan was so tuff that I could not cut it with a bread knife. The managers remendy....order different breads next time....I told him that there would be no next time!!!!!!!

There was a time I bought some pastries online and they were very accommodating when they told me I can choose any other pastry because they actually didnt have any more of what I wanted. Ordering online is better because sometimes their lines are long.

Friendly, pretty fast, and really good comfort food! This San Luis Obispo location is all that! Huge parking lot, and lots of room inside too. Great internet, outdoor seating, and Ill say it again, good food, good people!

Ineffective ordering system. Always out of items/pastries and the menu online does not match the menu at this location. Long waiting time even when preordered on line. The friendly employees earned the one star.

Restaurant had standard Panera Bread fare. The entrance is badly designed for any crowd over four people. It was busy for a Panera, but expected in a college town. Worth a stop if youre a fan or hungry.

Unorganized menu layout. Takes too much time to order. Panera needs to hire someone with common sense to redesign their menu layout. Just add pictures like a normal restaurant.
