For 16yrs I have ordered the same Special Tostada for lunch. Their beef is long stewed on top of the corn tortilla then shredded lettuce and cheese with guacamole on top covering a dinner plate. I put the free hot tomato salsa served with free chips on the tostada. Use a steak knife to cut through the stew meat and a big spoon so it wont fall off a fork. Friends ordered burritos and they were good too but their Special Tostadas are my favorite. The family owned business has been here for decades with other locations in Rocklin and ??. This Auburn location is pretty plane and cheap looking but the food is good.
