I placed an online order for pick up ASAP to ensure that I could pop in, grab my meal and get back to my busy schedule. I thought placing an online order was supposed to make things faster and easier but I arrived to pick up my order only to find out that one of their shift leaders had eaten some of the items from my bag after assuming I wouldnt show! It had only been fifteen minutes! This is something I may expect from a poorly trained crew member at a fast food chain, but for management to do something of the sort was disappointing, frustrating, and the wait it took for them to re-fire those menu items took longer than it would have if I had just come in and ordered for take out. Very disappointing representation of our local taco bell, and terrible first impression of their online ordering.

The manager of this taco is a flat out psycho. This grown man lost his mind because a friend of mine put soda in a water cup. While I understand this is prohibited, after my friend did this, the manager freaked out, ripped the cup from my friends hand and then demanded we leave and never return. After that he proceeded to watch us walk to our car while writing down our license place number and calling the police. As if that wasnt enough, he followed us out to our car and continued to harass all three of us even though only one of us had put soda in a water cup. This guy has a serious power problem, dont eat here!!!

Tonight was the biggest failure I have seen in a while. Drive thru down mostly trainees working. The people that you can tell have worked there a while were standing around not assisting in getting orders out. They did tell a girl how to load the napkin dispenser. And only 1 line prepping food 28 min for an easy order. This is not the first time this franchise has been a disappointment but it will be the last whoever was in charge tonight needs retraining on customer service. But in my opinion there was not a person in charge.

Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food chains, but the food there now is lacking to say the least expect to get a very saucy burrito if you decide to get an XXL stuffed burrito. I purchased two that night I was there and in the past have been pleased with their food, but it seems like their products are declining in quality. Hopefully with this review they will figure out what is happening and start making a more wholesome product vs a saucy mess!

When giving my order the person was rude. The car in front of me was obviously her friends so, she spent over 5 mins talking to them. There was a long line, I honked my horn and they yelled and laugh at me and kept talking for another 3 minutes. When I pulled up she was very rude, took my money then had someone else give me my order. She wouldnt even give me any eye contact and she didnt have a name badge on so I couldnt get her name.

My daughter was treated SO horribly 12/26/16... on top of the extremely RUDE service, dude rushing her order, we got charged for all our food - yet didnt get all of our food... and they didnt give a receipt. Furthermore, she was ordering for 5 people... large order... we got 5 packs of sauce and no napkins or sporks. Its just upsetting. You dont treat people like that. Period. I will be contacting the manager...

Be warned if you are looking for a quick in an out, this place wont always be that. I have been in line for 30 minutes and in line for 4 with the same length of line. Very spotty on it depending on how their staffing is that day. As for the food it is ok, they seem better than some taco bells for not wanting to kill you. And I havent gotten sick here so there is that. But it is still taco Bell.

This place was cool. Didnt have anything to complain about. Cashier and servers were nice, nothing that stood out, but still super nice. The food was good; full burritos, hot food, even with the place being packed they were quick, and the place was pretty cleanly. Altogether this place was good and nothing bad to say about it and nothing over the top either though.

This is about the third time in a row that they didnt give me something. I should know better to look. Got a Mexican pizza tonight add a our cream well instead I got some shells with cheese on top and a little blob of sour cream right on the edge no sauce no tomato sauce nothing. To top it all off their phone number is out of service!!

Worst Taco Bell Ever! 25 minutes wait in the drive-thur, and then they forgot to put the taco in the bag, so I paid 2 dollars for a bag of napkins! And to top it off the girl at the window wasnt even friendly and saw nothing wrong with having to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru! Do NOT go here, save yourself the time, gas and money.

Second time weve been here while visiting friends. First time it took 30 minutes in the drive through for a simple order. Uggg. Second time- Im still sitting here! 30+ minutes in the lobby, lots of pissed of customers with no food. Not sure whats up with this place, but they suck at getting food out...never again!

NOT RATING IT BASED ON FOOD!!!! We all know the food at any taco bell goes straight through your body to your ass. However the service here is pretty good especially with how busy this place usually. I generally try not to eat fast-food and rarely go but this place is nice due to the people.

Online says they are open until 1am. So my fiance goes to taco Bell for me and its closed at 11:30pm!!! My there is always at least one item wrong in my order whether they are busy or slow.. if there was another one closer to me I would go to that one. Just frustrating!!!

Nothing good to say. I live down the street and every time it sucks. Never any lids or hot sauce out. Sour cream always at the bottom of the burrito. I get you work at TBell but take some pride in you job. Even had to wipe my own table off.

The food was great but I waited for several minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged my being there. Maybe its just me, but customer service is the most important aspect of any dining experience, even fast food!

Got hella lit with my bruh, the $5 craving deal nails the munchies everytime. Very 420 friendly staff. I once chiefed a bowl in the lobby.
