I visit and love the Folsom Iron Point location often. For the past several months their air conditioning has not been working properly. The staff has been wonderful and tried to explain that they have been asking repeatedly for someone, at corporate and/or whoever runs their facility, to help them with the air conditioning problem. It is a big problem and can not be ignored any longer by those higher up. Please someone from corporate step up and help them with the air conditioning and stop allowing this problem to continue. I, as a customer, am BEGGING someone in corporate facilities to help them and their customers. It is too hot inside the store for guests to be comfortable. It is too hot inside the store to be safe for the staff to work under these conditions.

This chipotle sucks. To start, there is this rude lady that says that a side of rice is $8?? Then when I said im okay, she gave me attitude. I decided to get a burrito bowl with half carnitas and half chorizo, and charges me for extra meat. Then when I told her it wasnt extra meat, she gave me a stare like? Anyways, then she asks me for the salsa if you wanted extra salsa, extra lettuce, and extra sour cream. I ALMOST LOST IT AND SHE STARTED TO CHUCKLE. NEVER GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here today because they had a buy one get one free promotion, and I hadnt been in years. Will not be going back. They are to burritos what Subway is to sandwiches. The steak: dry. The guacamole: a scoop put in one spot on the burrito,. not even close to spread out. The sour cream: consistency of liquid cheese. Overall, a horrid burrito. MUCH better alternatives a couple of blocks away - Costa Vida is about the same cost, and is much tastier.

This place was abuzz when I visited. Lots of smiling faces behind the counter and the open design means you can see that they use good sanitary practices when preparing the food. The service was quick and the food tasty. It was definitely rush hour, but the dining area could have used some tlc.

Terrible food the girl acted like the meat was gold and if she put to much on shed be fired . and the way they make the burritos the food doesent get mixed that well and u get bites of each item at once instead of a mixed bite ? Terrible food 0/5

I have never been to any chipotle and would never go back - this was a major disappointment, the staff was nice and the food was digusting - I dont know you can call this a grill, the food sits in metal canisters and slopped on a mushy tortilla-

Its a Chipotle and the food is exactly what Id expect, but I had to take a star off because it feels so tiny. I always feel like its packed and crowded in the small seating space and any queue goes right past all the people sitting.

Clean environment. Plenty of seating. Smaller than. Most Chipotles but they had clean bathrooms and nice staff. Most people who have been to Chipotle already know what the food will be like, so consistency was good.

I want to give 5 stars but at the end of the day Chipotle can only earn 4 stars, since there is better Mexican at real Mexican restaurants but still you know what you are getting most of the time and they are quick.

Im a chiptotle fan but was dissapointed here. They gave me dry rice which was little left at the bottom, ran out of veggie and gave so little portion. I think chiptole looks at peoples size when serving food.

This is the best Chipotle in the area. The manager is super friendly and everyone here is so nice and always smiling. I love coming here for lunch because they always seem to make my day so much brighter.
