I have eaten at this location many times. Every time I go in they have a new person whos being trained. Its getting really annoying now. Also, in the beginning, when they had just opened this place, everything was so clean and the food quality was so so good. Lately, cleanliness and food quality, both have diminished. I actually stopped ordering the steak burrito because 90% of it is so chewy and fatty that I have to spit them out. The other thing Ive noticed is how little they put chicken in my burrito its like they count the pieces! Its so bad that lately I pay the extra money and tell them to give me extra chicken! I also pay extra for the guacamole and they put so little of that in my burrito. Its really ridiculous now. Should I pay extra money for extra guacamole now too?! I swear two days ago I went to relays and bought a whole cooked chicken and then went to this place and bought my chicken burrito that of course came with very little chicken; came home and put the chicken from relays in my chicken burrito! yeah! The guy making my burrito was a newbie of course. He had such a hard time rolling my burrito! I felt so bad for him. Anyways. I wish someone from this place reads my review and do something because Im thinking about not going back as much as I love chipotle.

Just went to a fundraiser for our school, lines were out the door, staff was RUDE and manager was all over the place. When i brought to her attention that there were three peels in my guacamole she was curt and said, oh thats just peels...really, peels shouldnt be in my guac. While we were eating another customer complained to cashier, cashier said I will tell the manager in which she didnt say a thing to anyone..just made a face and kept working! Hoping they come correct with the fundraiser!

I just went to the Madison/Hazel location. Ordered my food, got to the register, realized....I forgot my card at home! The embarrassment was massive. The lovely lady at the register (I was too flustered to read her name tag) told me "I got this." I was so grateful, I nearly broke into tears. Never has an eatery offered up a free meal to me, out of the kindness of doing so. I will never forget this. Id like to say thank you again. This hungry girl is about to have the best tasting meal ever!

I love the workers and the food, here. This Chipotle is pretty new, too. I have to take away a star, however, due to there being worms hanging from the trees surrounding their outdoor patio once. I had to shake my hair like a Wild Woman to get them all off me. Stick to eating inside and you should be just fine.

Been to many Chipotles all over CA as I travel everywhere, this was by FAR the smallest amount of portions Ive gotten from any chipotle.... Probably wont go to this location again, the one by the sunrise mall gives much more for your $

We had a great experience! Rickey was awesome, he was patient with my 9 year old while ordering on his own, and was very personable! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and friendly. We will be back!
