I personally had a good breakfast experience here. Came in on a Friday morning (around 10 AM). Although the place is on the smaller side and there were a decent number of people present, I was able to be seated right away. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I ordered the Gunner Breakfast Burrito and earl grey tea. The Gunner Breakfast Burrito is tricky in the sense that it doesnt look very big at first glance. Maybe its the way the burrito is cut in half, but I was initially worried that it wouldnt be enough. It turns out that the burrito is packed, and what it lacks in length is made up in how much goes into the burrito. Of the various breakfast burritos Ive tried in the SoCal area, Id say this is one of the cheesiest. I could definitely taste the cheddar cheese, so whether or not you like this burrito might hinge upon your preference for a breakfast burrito thats on the cheesier side. Thats not to say that the cheese is overwhelming per se, but its noticeable. As for the value of the burrito, I have mixed feelings. Yes, the burrito is certainly good (good enough that I would eat it again). However, I have had comparable breakfast burritos that were cheaper and not at the expense of quality/size. Despite this struggle, I can say the Gunner Breakfast Burrito is certainly one of the better breakfast burritos I have had in recent years. The earl grey tea was just a cup of hot water with Stash earl grey black tea on the side. The ambiance is nice, though not spectacular by any means. Its certainly very clean inside with hints of a military theme (I can appreciate the story behind No Toro). There is a TV near where the bar area is. Parking is rather limited, since its in a small plaza and shares parking with a few other stores (its in the same plaza as Belly Bombz Kitchen). Overall, I am happy that I can add one more viable breakfast option to the list of decent breakfast places near where I live.

I went to go check out the place with my grandma and she approves! Our server was attentive and friendly. The server and the other female working there are both bilingual (spanish). We ordered a Belgian waffle and the breakfast sandwich. The waffle is delicious, it has a hint of nutmeg that gives it a nice little kick. The outside and the inside of the waffle is soft, it doesnt have the crispy outside and soft inside. In case youre wondering about mouth feel of the waffle. The breakfast sandwich is really satisfying, the brioche bun is the dominant item within the sandwich and the bacon folded in the egg compliments it nicely. The salsa that came with the sandwich is also tasty as well. The prices are a little high but the food is made with love so its worth it.

Too expensive for what we recieved. Breakfast for two with usual 20% tip was just over $40 and that is ridiculous. Atmosphere was below a sub shop and food was okay but how hard are three eggs and some spinach and pancakes. I asked for a cup of coffee while we waited 30 minutes for a table. They charged us separate for coffee $3.00, that is just stupid. Oh and it was served in a paper cup. This place has NOTHING special except stupid service and excessive bills. I normally do not post negative but they get what is deserved here.

Sniper Scrambler Bar is what I ordered. I had spinach, bacon and potatoes with sweet tea for my drink. The tea was excellent, sweet agave nectar is what brings the ice tea to life. I would go in for the ice tea alone, its thats good. This cafe is small and cozy. Located right near the 91 freeway. The care and attention that goes into the visit at No Toro Café is 5 star. Everything tastes amazing, the house salsa on top of the scrambler is a must have. I want more.. May go for brunch today!!!

Eat some delicious food and feel good that youre supporting a veteran owned business. Try the cafe de olla! It is the best coffee Ive had. Also the service is memorable! Best service I have had a restaurant. All of the servers came to our table to make sure we had water and coffee. Very small restaurant so you might have to be put on a wait list but definitely worth it. Decent prices.

The entire experience was great. Its a small location with a small menu but thats what makes it great. I ordered the chilaquiles today and they were amazing. The staff was always pleasant and constantly check up on what we needed to eat. Their coffee was also really delicious. I will be coming back here again!

The food was decent and service good, but their coffee is seriously weak. Im by no means a coffee addict, but after having SIX cups here, I still didnt feel it, and had to go to Starbucks for a cup of coffee to wake up. It always is annoying when breakfast places are skimpy with how they brew their coffee.

One of the best places all around to visit for a pleasant restaurant experience. The staff is welcoming and the food is great, simple concept with amazing flavor and the coffee de Olla is out right happiness in a cup. I suggest you let them show you what I mean.

I ordered the Special Ops. My eggs were perfectly scrambled. I was reaching for the Tapatio when they offered a side of their salsa. They must have read my mind because I was hoping for that. Service was super friendly. Food was good. And I love their story.

The food here is really good, but above everything else the service is amazing. Everyone was really, really friendly and super helpful. The food is reasonably priced, but the iced tea is no free refills (aint no thing). I will absolutely be back.

Ordered four breakfast burritos here on the way to Disneyland and it looked great until my girlfriend found a hair in her burrito. The breakfast burrito is mostly just eggs and potatoes, but I wouldve liked more variety like onions and tomatoes.

The food was fantastic and the portions were pretty big, especially for the huge burritos. Its a very small interior so it is not a place to sit and chit chat for a long drawn out meal, but it is great for a quick brunch with friends.

The food here is absolutely amazing. I had the banana pecan pancakes and it was so delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Id give this more than 5 stars if I could
