The food is great however I order of the 3-piece fish and chips and wheat bread note toasted. I told him I dont want Total Source so dont waste it but bring me a lot of vinegar packets. When my food arrived I had three pieces of fish and no chips and toasted wheat bread and no vinegar. The guy that bought it to my table was the same guy that took my order I asked him where are the chips? He said you mean french fries? I said yes fish and chips is fish and french fries and my bread is toasted. I told him I would keep the toast but I wanted french fries because I ordered Fish & CHIPS! He said he would take care of it. He went back to the register and ignored my request. I stopped one of the ladies and told her I didnt get my French fries she said she would take care of it. She sent out another employee who said "he only charged me for fish" to which I said" I dont care I ordered fish and chips what part of that dont you understand and how many people does it take to bring me some french fries? She went back and said another woman out to tell me that the french fries are $2 and she wouldnt bring them to me until I paid for them. This all took five to eight minutes by which time I faced was getting cold. When the fourth person bought me my chips she has for $2 I gave her I asked her for a corporate phone number she why, didnt respond. She brought me 4 cents change and a receipt with the corporate phone #. They really do make great Fish and chips but I quit going there about a year ago because no matter what I say to get BREAD & BUTTER they would bring me toast. Yesterday I thought Id give it one more try, bad idea. If you go to the one on Imperial Hwy in Santa Fe Springs ORDER SOMETHING ELSE OR WRITE IT DOWN SO MAYBE THEY WILL GET IT RIGHT. By the way the first guy was Anglo and so am I, just in case you wanted to read something into this that is not there.

Terrible service and poor quality in the portion of food and this is almost every time Ive been to different locations. Had one of their "NEW" burgers,and it was the Portobello mushroom and Swiss, but it says, and Cleary shows, a hearty amount of mushrooms on the burger in the billions of commercials they run,and the in store pictures as well,and Myself and girlfriend both were treated to an UNHEARTY BURGER, with less than 3 slices of mushroom on the thing,and she even returned to the counter to ask if she could get a correct sandwich,and they told her she would have to pay extra! Never will we return to this establishment again,EVER.

Indian young cashier, was rude since the moment we order. She told us to hurry up because the were going to close in 40 minutes, we said okay. Then, after we sat down on the corner table, she came to the table right next to us, try to turn off the "open" sign and since she couldnt reach ask my little girl to stand up and turn it off. Since my girl didnt understand because her english was broke. She jump over to our seat behind my girls and turn it off her self. I did told her then that she was rude and shouldnt be telling my daughter to do that. Wont come back there again, and wont recommend this place at all.

It took them 15 minutes to make 2 cheese burgers. I asked for nothing other than letuce and bacon on one cheese burgerand the other one regular. They couldnt do even that right. I got onions on the first burger where I didnt want it. I complained to Lucy the manger who was rude and 0unapologetic. My son and I had to munch on the fries while they made his burger, meanwhile my burger got cold. I had to tell the manger that she should offer something to the customer when they screw-up. She said with an attitude "what do you want. I asked for fries, when I got them most ofvthe fries were not fully cooked.

Should NEVER start an interaction with a customer with a negative. Opened my FB VIP app for my FREE birthday breakfast, and was immediately told "I dont have anything" When I suggested she override, she tried again and it worked (young Indian cashier). Ordered hash browns well done, they were not. Toast arrived with hardly any browning. Good thing they are not a breakfast only place or I would never return. (Santa Fe Springs, 630ish am, 11/07/16)

Totalmente diferente a otros farmer boy a los que eh visitado con mi esposa, mala atencion, la señora que nos cobro malencarada y la comida con mal sazon. En la alameda esta el mejor se los recomiendo.

Went to farmer boys this morning for the first time. When we walked in it had a horrible order! Talked to one of the employees about the smell, and he said it was the sewer! He said they have told the manager plenty of times! They wont do anything about it! Food was great! But wont be going back, because of the smell while your eating! We saw alot of the people holding their noses!

Never too crowded and if you are looking for a homestyle breakfast at a great price (without the longer waits of a typical breakfast cafe) then this is the place to go. Theyve got a drive thru and some yummy choices. I personally love the omelettes and their biscuits and gravy is yummy. Good coffee as well! Helpful staff and clean restaurant.

The Cashier was rude and had an attitude when we asked a question. Another customer was complaining about how gross the fruit taste. Other locations weve NEVER had an issue EVER. This was our first time coming to this location and the last time we come to this location.

The food is ok, most of the time they get my order wrong. Nothing complicated just no onions or no cheese. Today i ordered a salad and my chicken was hard and cold. For almost $9 i expect more!!! The quality is there but way overpriced. Not an everyday place to eat.

Farmer boys always has a friendly staff. It doesnt matter which one go to. They are all friendly. Farmer boys is more expensive than your typical burger joint but it is delicious. Everything is good. Their strawberry shakes are the best fast food strawberry shakes!

Im sitting in side and have waited almost 30 mins for my food! How can u serve the drive thru and us both like this? Ive always loved farmer boys but this is embarassing...i hope the food is cooked right. One table already got the wrong order....

There always seems to be something wrong with the drive thru its either closed or some things wrong with the ovens or something wrong with the system that they cant take payment. Great food. Not so great service.

The food and service were great. However, they use plastic utensils which made it difficult to cut French Toast. Additionally, they dont serve Hot Cocoa. How can say you serve breakfast and not serve Hot Cocoa?

The wait is ridiculous. I think this place is either seriously understaffed or the workers just dont care. The food and the price isnt work a 15 min. wait in a drive-thru especially when your the only customer.
