I come here a lot and one day they charged me $17.94 twice and when I came in to dispute it they said thats impossible we would never double charge you, so I ask for a refund in food being reasonable and they said no. So I told them I will never come back and they said fine dont come back... they just lost a long term customer, I also told the lady out front what happen and she turn around and went back to her car because she thought that was rude of what they did

The worse customer service ever. They are so rude. When calling to place an order, a guy name Vick told me after asking about prices for the plates I wanted them to cater for our event, he said, "None of your business", the place is unsanitized. Its the worse Ohana Ive been to. I love Ohana but this Ohana is dirty and the workers have no manners. They have no customer service skills. I would give them a NEGATIVE star if there was one.

SO RUDE. I can deal with the language barrier, but politeness is universal. This place has no clue about customer service, neither the old man nor woman running the place. Ive been here over a year ago and the other lady is nice, who knows if shes even around any more. Will not return. Ill go to a different Hawaiian BBQ spot!!!

I sat down at a corner table and saw a dead roach under the table. When I told the worker he said they just sprayed today. I saw him pick up the bug with his hands then after disposing it. He wiped his finger tips on a cloth that was sitting on the counter and went back to the register.

We use to go to L&L in San Dieo all the time! Wow we love it, now we found this one here and the Menù is different yes we found our new L&L spot in N.Cal!!!!
