Good eats! I have moved from Prunedale up to northern Idaho, but everytime I am back in the area, which is about five times a year, I bring my ice chest to bring home some original BBQ skirt steak, wine & spice tri-tip, and assorted sausages, mostly jalapeno and cheddar, home with me. My biggest mistake was giving some to my new neighbors, as they always want to know when I am heading down to California.

Wow talk about GREAT sandwiches this place is awesome!! We went for lunch and ended up also getting ham (yummy honey glazed), jerky (husband needed two of each kind) and some streaks and chicken. Wish they had stores all over cause now Im going to have to order over the phone and have it shipped (yes they do that too!!). Thank you Walkers!

We caught a limit of salmon and had them prepared and half of them smoked by Freedom Meat Lockers. Outstanding care, customer service, turn around and most of all the smoked salmon was fabulous.

Their tri tips and skirts are amazing along with their in house made sausages. Everyone should also try the sugar cured maple bacon. Its out of this world!
