The food is great, I give all my credit to the cooks. Im giving it two stars only because this cashier guy is very unprofessional when taking orders. He is on his cellphone and only understands half of your order. I called to place an order and it seems like he was not ready to take the order. He makes you feel like you are bothering him. I dont know his name but he is the tall guy, looks lazy, he speaks Spanish so Im guessing he is Latino or Hispanic but he looks white. Fire this guy! I went to Carls Jr because of him.

I really like the cheap food and quick service from this Hawaiian food place. They serve a lot of different grilled meats and plates. The weekday specials and musubi are good! The BBQ chicken is a good option for protein as its not too salty and the portion is good. The katsu special on Wednesday is also a good deal. Otherwise if Im not too hungry I get musubi; I like the BBQ chicken musubi more than the spam one. I want to try the loco moco when I get a cheat meal sometime!

I enjoy the food, mostly, but today was annoyed by the “must turn in receipt to get food” policy. If my number is 47 and you call 47 and I get up to get it and you remember taking my order, just give me my flipping order. This policy is annoying and makes me want to eat lunch elsewhere. Are you listening management?
