Ill admit that I need to try this place again to see if it deserves a higher rating. Only been here once so far. The service was quick, the food could have been a little better. It was good but what I ordered I wont order again. Mainly because I didnt like it but also because I want to try something else. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and there were too many onions in the enchilada. Rice and beans were ok. We had them make a shrimp quesadilla and my daughter really liked it. I thought it was too salty. The salsa and bean dip are good.

Wow where do I start The waiter is one of those persons that acts like he is always in a hurry to justify his job But never gets anything done its a buffet and he has two tables I got the fajita burrito chicken It came out it look great presentation was on point taste was not It was beans Bell peppers and onions burning hot with no flavor With maybe two pieces of chicken in the burrito The salsa is runny and the chips are stale No idea who wrote those other reviews but it mustve been a different cook I do not recommend

Food is okay. My wife ordered the street tacos. First of all they needed to add an extra tortilla because as soon as she lifted for her first bite, the entire thing fell apart. I ordered the combination w an enchilada and chile relleno. I base my judge of a mexican restaurant on the rice. And with this location, eh. The rice was plasticy. It was ok. I would come back 2 more times. To try a different dinner plate and then breakfast. Ill be fair but if after that, if im not convinced, so long

Went here for my birthday with a few coworkers for lunch since they had told me it was a buffet place. They literally had maybe 4 trays of food and they werent the best. Some foods didnt really have flavor and others were too salty, I was excited about the Arroz con Leche but to my disappointment it was over cooked so it was pretty much just baby food. Wont be coming back.

Have yet to be disappointed, pork green chili is excellent, spinach enchiladas delicious, fish tacos tasty. Recently discovered their Sunday brunch which is fabulous, great variety and very reasonable. Oh! And its wonderful walking in & hearing beautiful Mexican music. Staff friendly, happy & polite. All in all, great to have Chonitos in our neighborhood.

New restaurant in the area. Americanized mexican food. Service could have been a little bit better - I attribute this to the new menu and staff. A couple of TVs to watch sports. Chips, salsa, and bean dip were awesome. Price is affordable and comparable to similar places around the area. Wife and picky-eating daughter enjoyed the food very much

Food not great, I order the steak and shrimp fajitas and the shrimp was way over cooked and not clean also my husband order the desert fry ice cream and taste like gum so nasty .... prices are way to high for the quality of the food ... I do not recommend this place

Was really disappointed with the service. Placed order to go and had missing items. Called the restaurant and instead of good customer service our waitress debated what I read on the menu. The food wasnt that great. Bland and the same red sauce comes on everything.
