I hate hate this place me my husband and my kids we decided to go eat here for 4 of it cost almost 50 dollars and my kids had the nachos and i,had 2 steak tacos omg this food was cold I got so disgusted my husband had shrimp taco we just threw everything away and our money . I wont recommend anyone to eat here. And the cashier was so rude . With 50 dollars we would had nice steak .

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they mess up 2 peoples orders in the 5 minutes I was there, but they let other people skip ahead of me in line. When I called them out on it they shrugged their shoulders and continued helping the people that cut. Will never come here again, and I am a longtime Baja Fresh fan.

Baja Fresh usually rocks, but for this location I thought it was only OK. Well, the food is pretty much the same at all Baja Freshs, but for some reason the carne asada was overcooked. Maybe it was a batch that was sitting there for a while, who knows. The one thing that was out of site was the girls behind the registers. Id go back just for that...

I dont know if this place has gone down in quality, or Ive become used to much better nachos from Los Tacos in Pasadena and Tortas Mexico in Tujunga and Montrose, but I found these nearly inedible. Brought most of it home to my husband, who will eat anything, even crappy nachos cold from the fridge - - a survival instinct I distinctly lack.

Most people would consider this place fast food. Its difficult to call it that since the quality isnt something you could get at a drive through. I eat here all the time; its quick, the people are very nice and courteous, and the foods always nice.

Omg I love Baja fresh. It is probably not traditional Mexican food but it tastes quite good. I usually go for the chicken Baja burrito. They also give you free chips and salsa.
