I love ramen and I just ate the BEST RAMEN IVE EVER HAD. Sincerely. I had the spicy chashu. Where do I start? The chashu was all meat and no fat. The flavor of the broth was PERFECT. The texture and cook of the noodles was PERFECT. It was a bowl of spicy heaven. Also my fiancé is a huge unagi fan and also felt that the unagi there was the very best hes ever had ever. The service was attentive and enthusiastic. I cannot wait to eat here again. Thanks for starting my new year off in the most delicious way I could have hoped for! :)

I had stumbled in here while rather drunk one night a long time ago. Despite being drunk, I can still be discerning and critical of my food. I gotta say that this is the best ramen I have had in the States. The staff was very friendly even though Im sure I was acting a lot more drunk than I thought I was. The food was perfectly spicy in the delightfully flavorful kind of way that is so hard to achieve. My memories of the place are a bit faded now, but I will always remember it as the one thing I will remember about that night.

So. If youre a food snob who *dramatic hand to forehead* ONLY eats at the authentic Japanese ramen house that brought its recipe from the mother island, save us all the nasty review and dont eat here. If youre looking for your local ramen hangout, this will suffice. Smiley staff, basic menu, never super crowded. It wont make the Eater 38, but youll get your craving sated. They have fun sake to try, a tv if you want to watch a game, and its on Park street. It also has a frequent eaters card, score for young adults.

First off, our waiter was super nice! He was super sweet. I had the seafood ramen, which is very hard to find) and it was good. It had a ton of seafood with a flavorful broth. The noodles had the right texture and the egg was cooked perfectly. They provide free tea, which is delicious! I would come back if I ever had a craving for ramen.

Respectable ramen at reasonable prices. Not too salty, not too fatty unlike a lot of ramen places out there. The spicy chasu might be a little too much for the pale skinned persuasion but delicious to me. The only knock to me was that my egg came dunked in the broth so I couldnt enjoy its yolk-y goodness by itself.

Great service! The broth was really rich and flavorful, not greasy at all. The noodles were cooked jus right. Oh and not to mention the pork belly was mouth wateringly tender! There is also a very nice selection of beer. Things like Japanese ipas! I recommend all you ramen junkies (as I am) to try out Tetsu

Had the pork cutlet ramen with a friend on a random Sunday. Good ramen where the soup isnt too thick and the noodles is medium thick and springy. The waitress asks if you want water or tea, but neglect to mention that they charge $2 for tea.

No need to leave the Island; delicious Ramen here! The eggs are gooey and delicious. Noodles have a nice chew and the difference between the tonkatsu and the miso was subtle but distinct. Minus one star for light rock music channel.

This is a nice place with a laid back atmosphere. The waiters are super nice and the food is great. They are also open a bit later than most places in the area!

Ramen is too chewy, and the soup is too light for my taste. The portion is a bit small. Hot tea is not free, $2.00 per person. Service is good though.

Medium flavor, some parts of dinner tasted off the shelf. Fine for fast food, but the bill is for restaurant food. Probably wont go back.

Service was ok, but food was inedible. Packaged quality ... store bought noodles, thin, odd tasting broth. Wasnt ramen.

The food was fine, interesting could use less salt. But playing FOX news was appalling. Turn the propaganda hate off.

If you are used to good ramen then this is not the place to go. Nothing is made fresh.
